Citizen Connect is a new online tool (replacing Austin Code & Permit Tracker) which allows searches of complaint cases by address, case number or various region filters.

Citizen Connect allows users to create alerts for a specific address or even a radius around an address. Users can also filter complaints by the year that they were created by visiting: https://citizenconnect-acd.austintexas.gov.


How to Use Citizen Connect?

Searching

Search by address, case ID, or region

Filters

Select a region

Clear filters by clicking the "X" on the filter you want to remove.

Viewing Complaints

Hovering over a complaint pin will display high-level info about a complaint.

Clicking on a complaint pin will display the detailed info for that complaint on the right pane.

Alerts

Create an alert on an address, case ID or region with the "create alert" button.

Manage created alerts from the Alerts tab.

Code Connect: Contact the Austin Code Department
