This indicator measures the compliance of how quickly ATCEMS Communication Medics answer the 911-phone calls. The goal is 10 seconds or less 90% of the time.
Why is this important?
When customers call 911, they expect to have their phone call answered quickly and have their emergency addressed as soon as possible.
