An EHR staff member will work with the homeowner to develop a scope of work and then manage the contracting and inspection process. The program serves homeowners with incomes at or below 80% of the Median Family Income (MFI).  The 2011 median family income established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), for Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos, TX MSA is $74,900.
