Plan Review: This is a review of physical construction plans for all new and remodel construction to ensure the facility is compliant with the current state & local health and safety codes.

Certificate of Occupancy Inspection: This required inspection ensures the new facility was constructed in accordance with the approved plans. This is the final step prior to obtaining a permit.

Change of Ownership Inspection: This required inspection allows a prospective owner to acquire a permit for a previously permitted facility. As permits are non-transferable, the inspection must take place prior to ownership changing hands.

Permit to Operate: This application must be paid and once approved allows the owner to obtain a permit to operate a pool, spa or public interactive water feature.
