On January 7, 2022 the OPO received an online complaint. This complaint is related to ICMS #
2022-0005.
The complainant alleges: Regarding
- this is my second complaint. I would like to
know the following. 1. Why is the police not doing anything about the stalking? I have videos of
the stalker outside of my home after previously reporting it? Stalking is criminal and its obvious
it is being used as a tactic to mentally and physically make me feel unsafe in my own home. I
hold the Police Department responsible for supporting this. 2. Why is the police not doing
anything about the constant threats to throw me out of my home into the street - that my life is
less valuable than an HOA Board Member's Illegal parking space that he wants SO badly to use
for his own parking. Value is about $50,000. Legal threats are also harassment and falsely
threatening me constantly to throw me out on the street is criminal. 3. The Property Management
Company is responsible for managing my property that I do not have access to. This is basic
Real Estate Law per my Attorney - All the freon - a very toxic gas was let out of my AC - this
would be lethal to anyone who breathes it in. Why has the Property Management Company not
been held responsible for this? This has been going on for now year 5. I spoke with Officer
who gave me the run around, refused to assign my case to a
Detective and gave me the 311 phone number for his Lead,
. He even said,
"We don't want you to hurt anyone." - After the police have been helping these parties to
continue to bully and intimidate, stalk and threaten me going on 5 years." No one wants to do
their job. It only takes one Officer to do his job to de-escalate this bullying. My family and
friends and everyone are very familiar with this situation and will hold the Austin Police
Department Accountable for its failure to de-escalate the harassment, retaliation and criminal
activity here. We are done accepting no - just civilly fight and then allow the Board to criminally
harass me SO that no one has to do anything.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
