On May 10, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: The complainant has a complaint against a formerly-employed
APD dispatcher named

was falsifying police reports, removed a report, and trying to get the complainant hurt
because of an inheritance issue. Officer

helped falsify arrest reports. The DA for Bastrop
County contacted the complainant for a statement on the officers in this complaint before
she left Texas but she wouldn't do it for fear of more bodily harm. She names multiple
people who were falsely arrested going back to 2020.
An investigator falsified the complainant's aggravated assault report from when she lived
at
apartment complex, saying that she didn't follow up with detectives. She
was afraid to come in and speak with them. The complainant had to move out of state to
avoid more physical harm.

nothing ever came of it because of them:
