On June 8, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: On

my self
and another person by the name of
were approached by an officer
demanding to open the back doors then loudly yelling about drugs and guns who then said
something about the registration was expired pulled the driver out of the car immediately
handcuffing him Then came and pulled me out the car Officer
then said he was
going to pat me down before I could respond he was already patting me down. Then did
the same thing again before I could respond he started patting me down on my upper chest
area. As I felt really uncomfortable and knowing I did not give him consent to even pat me
down being a girl There was also a lady officer
on scene who just stood there and
watched. Then searched the car found nothing Let us go with no ticket I had no clue to
why we were even stopped untill the driver told me after we were leaving It felt like
harassment Officer
made me very uncomfortable amd should have never patted me
down I"m scared to leave my house due to this incident thinking the cops are gonna jump
out again and just start opening doors like if they"re about to drag us out of the car The
