The complainant alleges: Officer was traveling in car eastward on at the intersection with . While the light was red the officer drove into the left turn lane and then straight through the intersection while others were using the intersection with the right of way. At no point did the officer use lights or sirens to warn others or avoid causing an accident, and there was no rush to a specific location at any point.
