On October 24, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: Thank you for the current efforts to investigate case
. However, to date victim has not received any contact regarding case status. When
victim tried to submit digital evidence, victim informed electronically to wait to be
contacted by an officer assigned to case. I do not know the officer assigned to this case.
The threat on my life continues to escalate. It appears as if there is an intentional lapse in
the allotted time given to investigate my case. Lapsed time that has given suspects ability
to reverse illegal activity. Areas of compromise are likely given the "sensitivity" of the
case. There is also a mole. Each time a report is made, visible actions by suspects/assailants
indicating case knowledge are present. This has allowed physical evidence, digital
evidence to be stolen, and exposure to my personal property and personal information. I
am experiencing hazardous chemicals/biochemical attacks, stalked, harassed, stonewalled,
cyber hacking/attacks, internet blocking -preventing communication, and deactivating cell
communications. Suspects have been inside of dwelling as she sleeps and stolen digital
evidence (
).
This is not what victim expected as protection by police force.
Victim remains unsafe/at high risk of harm in current dwelling and throughout community
and outside of Austin, TX. Using appropriate confidential/safety protocols, please provide
resolve/information as soon as possible to confidential email address on file-no current
phone number. Thank you in advance
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
