On January 13, 2023, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: Well badge number #

and told us that we need to leave and well I responded ok he was talking to
me a little bit more professional and told some resources but i was shocked when he told
me that i needed to move to another area SO he wouldnt see me anymore here and as far as
i know that is not right and still asking me what ami till doing here. Them he started telling
me that i needed to be careful cause if not im next to being a persin that they find dead
around here, now that just made me think lime damn this officer actually wishes bad
on
me just cause im homeless. I really feel that he has something against the homeless people
ir just oeople of his race, i don't know but it would be nice if you could just put him in
another position cause he is not someone i want to encounter again to begin with he is not
resourceful all he does is tell us to leave and thats all and he leaves
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
