Alternative Tactics and Tools to Prevent the Need for Lethal and Less-Lethal Munitions" by the Office of
Police Oversight, the tables appearing in Appendix D and Appendix E are incorrect.
Appendix D
In Appendix D, the table covering the San Antonio Police Department's use-of-force continuum
