On September 16, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: The complainant wants to file a complaint against Det.

told him doesn't match the report; the complainant reports that 2 officers wrote up a report
stating
was not at the apartment. Det
allegedly told the complainant he was
"dropping the case" because according to the report,

alleges a copy of the report does not say that and believes the detective is not being truthful.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
