On September 12, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: i went to an

had only been there about 3 days). the housing was populated with fake patients who were

to harass me by stealing my property. i was put in a bed saturated
with bed bugs. they didn't honor my request to save meals for me.
