On August 16, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: He needs to speak to an investigator to lay out the whole story.
His daughter and APD officer,
Badge #
are going through a divorce and he
needs to find out what is going on between them. They have been together for over
years. They got married
in
Complaint thinks he married her
because he has a lot of debt, and the debt would be between the two of them. His daughter
is bipolar and has not been able to keep a job because of her condition. The complainant's
ex-wife knows about the family abuse and what has taken place. Officer
has
been leaving the children with his daughter and supposedly she is a threat SO why would
he leave the children with her? Officer
is using his badge, the department, and
using his authority to evade anything type of financial gain and custody of the children.
Officer
lived with the complainant's ex-wife for
and there is enough
evidence from her. It has been over years since the complainant has been involved, but
he met with Officer
He just wants to find out the truth and does not
want the officer to take advantage of his daughter. If this officer is guilty of anything to set
his daughter up, he wants to know. He is not trying to destroy the officer's career but just
wants the truth. The most disturbing thing is that officer
served his daughter
with divorce papers the day after her sister's death. He has not seen it, but his ex-wife
asked about the circumstance of his daughter's death and officer
obtained a copy
of the police report. He wants to know if officer
is part of the investigation, and
does he have the authority to pull that information from the laptop on his home computer
just because the complainant's ex-wife asked him to. The complainant says the information
he has are allegations and he just wants to know what is true. He wants an investigation to
see who is lying and if there have been any criminal violations toward his daughter because
of the divorce, did he access the information illegally about his other daughter
and if he is on the investigation team for the cause of her death?

determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
