Complaint:
Officer [Redacted] and Officer [Redacted], failed to speak with complainant after he requested
contact from the dispatcher.
Additional information:
Complainant submitted the following complaint online: I am a operator of a gas station located
[Redacted] 2 black female stop at pump #5 and put a trash bag full of trash beside the trash can
and were getting back in the car to leave when I told them over the intercom that it is illegal to
dump trash here as this is a private property. one of the female came inside and started cursing in
a very aggressive manner along with racial slurs and name calling. things escalated and the 2nd
black female came in and started a very very heated ,aggressive and threathening behavior. at that
time I really felt the threat to my life and I called 911 and operator could hear the disturbance
and
aggressiveness in the back ground I told the operator to rush the officers because I was threathen to
be burned with the place and verbal altercation was getting more and more heated where I really
felt threat to my life. officers came and stayed in their vehicle while the 2 female approach them
and told the officers whatever they did next I know cop car is leaving and females leaving cops
didn't even get out of their vehicle nor came to talk to me I wanted to pursue charges
for threatning my life and to have trespassing issue to them females then I called 311 and
complained for officers leaving without contacting me and I was told that officers will come back
and talk to me. officers came back 30 min later and had the attitude that why I called again or why
they were asked to come back I told them I was waiting for them to come inside and talk to me
officer [Redacted] just shrugged his shoulders
