On December 27, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: Hello, my name is

was wrongfully convicted and have been homeless/starving ever since. I was charged with
a felony assault and then sued the party for 20k and won without a lawyer. Literally a micro
version of "Johnny Depp/Amber Heard" case. The plaintiffs father later then jumped/gang
assaulted me on the street

I need all the information on the officers pulled from my 7 arrests in which multiple officers
were used unneeded force against me in a time during Covid and extreme mental strife.

endured a head injury in which I immediately requested medical attention and was denied.
My skull was damaged for months after. I have no health insurance and haven't been to
the doctor in 8 years. My cases were then used by Austin American Statesmen to exploit
me and my family for our fame using

family's name in the dirt for another decade.
So I am bottom of the barrel poor barely making it my mom has Alzheimer's and my
grandma is 80 years old they are all I have. And I am all they have, I need these officers

I am in the process of finding legal aid and gov food assistance but I cannot find the time
at the moment. I intend on file as many lawsuits as needed to get my life back I had my
own business and career that allowed me to travel. My ex-partner continues to sit on 1000's
of items of my personal property after she used a protective order to find a loophole in the
system to get away with grand theft and perjury. I need this to be taken care of. I don't not
pay taxes to have my life ripped apart by the institutions in Austin, Texas.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
