Though known best as a form of entertainment, Improv Comedy provides ideas and concrete tools that help us adapt to the unexpected, building resiliency, and finding what serves us best in the moment. This workshop is built around simple, low-pressure Improv exercises and games that help us navigate tension & uncertainty, allowing us to connect with new ideas and build trust in ourselves and in others. Supportive, lighthearted, and fun, we promise a lot of laughter along the way.

Kristin Henn is an Improviser from Austin, Texas. She is a teacher and performer at ColdTowne Theater and the Founder/Director of Move Your Tale and Excused Absence, Improv for Youth & Families. You can see Kristin perform most Saturday mornings at ColdTowne Theater in Story Starts, ColdTowne's weekly family show.

Registration is encouraged but not required to attend the workshop.
