In this class, you will learn about the Fundamentals of Environmental Review and the reason for the City of Austin’s environmental regulations.

Topics Include:

  • Basic code requirements
  • General concepts (watershed, impervious cover limits, creek construction setbacks, grading limits, erosion/sedimentation control, construction on slopes limitations, landscape requirements, etc.)
