Site Plan 101 is an in-depth look at how the City reviews commercial site plans.

We’ll look at what site plans are, the different kinds of applications, and which disciplines review the projects, as well as how site plans fit into the larger permitting process. Site Plan 101 will also touch on different code sections that shape development in the City of Austin. Those will be covered in more depth in Site Plan 102.
