FSD-Real Estate staff acquire and lease real property for public purposes and for use by City government. We also handle the sale or lease of City property to third parties.
Property for Lease
Please submit all inquiries regarding properties available for lease in writing to Leasing@austintexas.gov.
Private Property Matters
Questions about private property matters can be directed to other City departments:
- Neighborhood Housing and Community Development website provides information regarding homebuyer, homeowner and renter assistance.
- Austin Code Department provides information regarding clearance liens placed on private properties by the City of Austin, and can be reached by calling 3-1-1.
- Information on zoning and permitting is provided on Planning and Development Review website.
