On March 14th 2025 at approximatly 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. I entered the outer patio area of the pub
previously the night before and I was camping officer Collins was called on a criminal trespass
charge when officer Collins arrived the scene I asked if I can get my things together and avoid
going to jail for criminal trespass it seemed like he was in agreement SO we went from the outer
courtyard area into the inner the pub Happy divorce you didn't answer the
located in downtown Austin I was asked to leave the premises and that's what I was doing. Upon
going out the front door of the pub officer Collins tried to grab it me and tackled me from behind
getting on top of me with my face up on my back and started repeatedly hitting me in my face
causing multiple abrasions fractures broken bones knocked out teeth hit me about five six maybe
seven times I had both black eyed eyes and then he flipped me over and takes me to repeatedly I
immediately went to the emergency room at the seed and Ascension and found out that I was
charged with criminal trespass resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer officer Jimenez was
the affidavit officer who said that I kicked officer Collins but that's impossible because I was
knocked out when he hit me in my face repeatedly I really want this to be resolved in the case to
be dismissed as this is serious police brutality and excessive force
I also am a mental health patient I struggle with PTSD OCD ADHD manic bipolar 2 and I don't
know why an officer would just attack me for no good reason especially over such a petty charge
as criminal trespass II absolutely did not touch the officer unless if anything while I was being hit
it could have been a knee-jerk reaction but there was definitely nothing intentional the body can't
put it to show this and the surveillance cameras and the witness of the employee from the pub

Hi this is
again reporting another crime committed by what I assume are the same
Undercovers as last time. Recently I left Austin to try to find better placement elsewhere to no
avail. After that I ended up returning to the same camp site the previous crimes where committed
at. I have high suspicion the same officers are committing the same crimes and harassing me. This
time planting evidence in my sleeping cot when I was not present. I thought I heard them the
other night but I gave the benefits of the doubt and just assumed it was my imagination. Now I'm
retiring to my friends campsite to find what appears to be drug evidence. This isn't the first time
they have tried something the same albeit different evidence. I thought I would report this before
I end up getting set up

From email titled: Case Number 25-1551353 - Follow Up
Dear Austin Police Oversight Department,
I am writing to formally express concern regarding the police response to an incident involving
my neighbor,
of
, on the evening of Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
After contacting 911 due to threatening and erratic behavior from Mr.
-including a verbal
interaction at our front door in which he stated, "You should own a shotgun," and subsequent
behavior involving him waving a hammer and pacing in front of our home-we were surprised
and disheartened by how the responding officers handled the situation.
Despite our repeated statements that we had clear Ring video footage documenting these events,
at no point during the response did officers request to review the footage. We also had to escalate
the interaction ourselves by asking the officers to involve their sergeant before any meaningful
action was taken. Only after speaking with the sergeant was a criminal trespass warning issued
on our behalf.
This experience has raised several concerns for us as residents and community members:
The apparent lack of interest in available video evidence that could have informed the response.
The need for citizen escalation in order for officers to take protective steps.
A general tone that suggested the behavior should be ignored, despite the ongoing and visibly
unstable nature of the situation.
We are increasingly fearful for our safety and the safety of our neighborhood. I am reaching out to
request that this incident be reviewed by your office and that we be informed of any steps that
can or will be taken to improve response protocols in situations like this-particularly when
mental health, potential weapons, and repeated police involvement are in play.

complainant made a left out of the intersection. The officers pulled up next to him and
began lecturing him. The complainant said ok, the light turned green, and the complainant
drove forward. At that point, the officers pulled him over. They came up to his window and
told him not to pull away when they were speaking with him. They said When I'm talking

and pulled him out of his vehicle. The complainant was handcuffed and the officers told
him to stop resisting. He stated he had a bad shoulder and that he was not resisting. The
complainant thinks the force used was excessive. The officer kept explaining that when he
was speaking, the complainant should listen. The complainant stayed quiet at that point,
because he felt he couldn't say anything right. The officer kept demanding an answer. He
was issued a citation for entering the block intersection and given two warnings. He

The complainant alleges:
Dear Chief Jessica Robledo (Pflugerville Police Department) and Chief Lisa Davis (Austin Police
Department),
Please find attached two formal demand letters addressing repeated, unwarranted welfare
checks at my residence at
Pflugerville, TX, 78660:
"Demand to Cease All Welfare Checks at My Residence" - Directed to the Pflugerville and Austin
Police Departments, requesting that you flag my address to prevent further baseless welfare
checks prompted by anonymous callers.
"Demand to Cease All Welfare Checks, Investigations, and Visits to My Residence and Request
for Information on Ongoing Investigations" - Directed to Integral Care, addressing their
coordinated visits and demanding cessation of all investigations and contact.
Since approximately April 2025, my home has been subjected to multiple unfounded welfare
checks by both the Pflugerville and Austin Police Departments, as well as two documented visits
by Integral Care (the most recent on June 9, 2025, which I ignored). I believe these checks are
initiated by anonymous callers attempting to harass me and suppress my First Amendment right
to free speech online, particularly on platforms like X. These visits have caused significant
emotional distress, disrupted my daily life, and exacerbated the challenges of managing multiple
legal processes, disputes with two utility companies, and daily legal notices delivered to my home
from various courts. The combined disruption from police, Integral Care, and court deliveries is
intolerable and unnecessary.
As detailed in the attached letters, I perceive these welfare checks as potential retaliation for my
formal complaints against law enforcement and judicial entities, including the Austin Police
Department, Office of Police Oversight, and Texas Department of Public Safety. I demand that both
departments immediately flag my address to prevent further unwarranted visits, investigate the
source of anonymous calls, and cease any actions that could be construed as retaliatory. The
attached letter to Integral Care similarly demands they stop their visits and provide information
on their investigations since April 2025.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and the attached letters within 10 business days (by
June 23, 2025) and address the demands outlined therein. If prior correspondence was returned,
please clarify the reason to ensure successful delivery. Contact me at

She went to 6th St with her friends. She was outside on the street dancing in front of an officer.
Later that night, after she was drunk, she got in a fight with a doorman in front of that same
officer. That officer and another officer tackled her to the ground and arrested her for appearing
threatening, and appearing to attack bar staff. They messed up her hands and hurt her hands. She
was screaming for help, and they took that as her resisting. They took her to a police car and
aggressively put her in the car. She alleges they arrested her for no reason. She yelled at them
when they got to the police station, and the complainant alleges they put a bag over head. When
she was dragged to the police car, they said she kicked them so she was charged for that.

My friend and I were driving slowly downtown, showing solidarity with those protesting against
ICE, playing a song titled 'FTP' (Fuck Donald Trump) while yelling 'Fuck the police' and flipping
off the officers on site (not illegal!!).
Officer Willis, Badge #4271 had police AND DPS Troopers surround our car and DRAG us out
against our will and HANDCUFF us violently, leaving us exposed to the tear gas released by DPS
for a CLASS C Misdemeanor, something we were not aware of until my friend was booked in jail as
no one would communicate to us why we were being detained. We could have simply been given
ticket.
This was an extremely traumatic experience and incredibly jarring. We have a constitutional right
to protest and free speech. Officer Willis was extremely aggressive and intentionally positioned
my arm in an uncomfortable position while I was trying to talk to him to understand why I was
being handcuffed, so much so that I am certain I was injured (I made a doctor appointment
because I think I have a muscle tear). I was detained and let go, but my friend
was arrested and was treated the same way by officer Willis. He bent her wrist in the opposite
direction and stopped once bystanders started recording.
This is a flagrant disregard of civilian rights and gross misuse of power. Officer Willis acted out of
egocentric rage and frustration and unnecessarily escalated the situation.

title/couldn't get it because he refused to speak with me immediately after purchasing vehicle. If
he was unaware at the time of sale it didn't last long he was fully aware and fully ignoring all
forms of communication with me on purpose he essentially stole my money. Anyway the Austin
PD assigned detective Michael Thomas #5198 of the auto theft department to my case and he got
to work. I provided him with every bit of information and then a ton more including that
was currently getting sued for stealing money from another company out of NY and for
bankruptcy fraud. Well detective Thomas was able to determine that the lien was threw Taylor
auto and he contacted them and told him there isn't actually a lien it should have been removed
or whatever and they would look into it and get back with him. And he also told me he would not
be pressing any charges on
because he tmsaid that there was nothing to suggest he
was aware the title was not available and had a lien. But that's not true it's so fucking obvious he
knew he'd a car dealership owner he bought the car from someone how could he NOT have
known. Maybe if he wasn't the fucking owner I'd buy that but no! And then to top it off he was
FULLY aware less than 30 days after I bought the car and refused to speak to me. And he admitted
knowing he didn't have it and couldn't get it and at the very least should have refunded the
money I paid him for title and registration and ect. But refused. He sold me the car without the
title knowingly and refused to give any money back to me that is theft and illegal. And also
Thomas Michael has never emailed me back after that last message stating those two things and

that was like 8 months ago. I've tried emailing him several times to follow up on what Taylor auto
and their inquiry into the title but he has ignored every single one and refused to email me or
contact me back in any way shape or form and it's been MONTHS AND MONTHS. That's so
unprofessional and he. Obviously did not even read half my emails because several times I
provided him with info and attachments with paperwork's and stuff and he would then send an
email asking for that same info because he never read my emails in full or skipped parts. He
clearly handled this case half assed and did not put any effort at all and this has honestly ruined
my life. I used my vehicle for work and I can not do that without plates and registration so I had
to stop working. I've gotten over 1000 is tickets because I Need NEED my car for transportation
to live and there's nothing I can do about the plate anymore and But Michael Thomas just doesnt
give two shits and it's extremely insulting that he's blatantly ignoring my emails and refusing to
communicate at all

to notify her of my location and try to help her find my car, this female officer
approached my car, knocked on my window very harshly and proceeded to be very unnecessarily
rude to me despite me trying to explain why I was stopped here. I truly believe she refused to
understand why I was stopped there, and she said things like "why is it so hard to call your
coworker and tell her where you are?" and "You need to speak up I can't hear you." Even after she
told me I was "at the west gate," I spoke to my friend on the phone, that was connected to my car
so the police officer could hear her responses to me,
responded back "I don't know
where the West Gate is." I was just trying to make it easier for
to find me especially
because I had already shared my location to her and she was walking toward me which is why I
didn't want to move, but ultimately I ended up moving because the police officer was so rude and
yelling at me despite me trying to explain my reason. I unfortunately wasn't able to get a look at
her badge name or number, but I did take picture of the APD squad car she was in (that has been
uploaded). The license plate number is 1430158, and the four digit number on the car was 0163.

Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Testimony by Detective Jeff - Request for Oversight and
Clarification
Dear Austin Police Oversight Division,
I am writing to formally request your attention and assistance regarding a serious matter that
came up during my appearance in family court yesterday.
During the proceedings, a testimony was given by Detective Jeff, who stated that he was working
with law enforcement in Cedar Park and Austin, TX to obtain a warrant for my arrest. This was
reportedly related to statements made by my daughter, who has a history of behavioral issues and
has had numerous interactions with police. I have supporting documentation regarding her
behavioral history, including incident reports and professional assessments.
The address in question is
where the only recurring issue was my
daughter running away. Despite her frequent police contact, I was never reported for abuse. In
fact, past reports and officer interactions consistently indicate no findings of abuse. Furthermore,
my daughter was receiving weekly therapy during that time, and no concerns of abuse were ever
raised by her therapist or any professionals involved.
I am extremely concerned that, two years later, a claim like this can surface without proper
documentation, proof, or investigation. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed by
your office to understand how this situation developed and what actions are being taken.
Please advise me on who I can speak to directly regarding this case, and what the process is for
filing a formal inquiry or complaint.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Sincerely,

On 6/16/2025 I received a call from one of the CPI Investigator's that works in my Unit.
Investigator
advised that the Officer's that were on the scene of her Emergency Removal
were demanding to speak with her Supervisor.
When Officer Gomez got on the phone she immediately demanded if we had a signed order from
a judge. I advised her that we had an Emergency Order for Removal and that we didn't need to
have a Judge sign this per the Texas Family Code 262.104.
Officer Gomez proceeded to then demand who I was, what was my title and my dob. When I asked
her for why she needed this information she stated that it was for her report. I advised her that I
have never had to provide that before but provided her with the information. I asked her for her
Supervisor's name and number to which Officer Gomez stated that she at first didn't know who
her supervisor was then she stated it was Sgt. Loretta. Officer Gomez then denied having any
contact information for her supervisor.
During the interaction with Officer Gomez and my CPI Investigator in the field both her and her
partner Officer Dixon were hostile and confrontational. Both officer's were repeatedly telling the
mother that what the investigator was doing was illegal. Officer Gomez went as far as to tell the
mother that the Removal Notice was just a little piece of paper and that it didn't mean anything.
When the CPI Investigator went to leave with the child to go to the office to meet the child's father
Officer Gomez started screaming at the investigator to the point that the investigator didn't feel
the infant was safe and handed the infant to the grandfather that had shown up at the shelter. At
this point the officer demanded to know what the Investigator was doing. When the investigator
advised she was transporting the child to the office, Officer Gomez intervened and told the
investigator no and told the grandparents to leave the scene with the child.
This was extremely concerning due to the Department at that time not having vetted the
grandparents, and also due to the fact that the Department had the Emergency Custody of the
child not the officer nor the people that they sent the child with.
It has always been the general understanding the Law Enforcement is to not interfere with
Emergency Removal's by the Department. The Officer's that were there were not called by the
Department, nor were they requested to assist with the Removal. They were called to the shelter
by the shelter due to the mother's behaviors. This was an improper obstruction of a lawful
emergency removal by the Officer's on this call and ultimately placed the child in harms way.

Neither Officer Gomez or Officer Dixon acted in a role of protection for the child or the
Investigator that was conducting the Emergency Removal. The lack of even basic Emergency
Removal Protocols was appalling by both Officer's.
Due to both of their actions they caused unneeded chaos for the child as well as for the mother
who had already admitted to having mental health that wasn't being treated. Neither officer was
willing to even look at the fact that APD had already responded to another call concerning this
mother and her mental health 6/15/25, again that was called in by the shelter for her erratic and
concerning behaviors.
Both Officer's were nothing but volatile and dangerous and I will not recommend that any of the
CPI Investigator's work any cases with either of them with their lack of knowledge of working
with CPI, and their dangerous demeanor's.
Complaints were also made to the on call Corporal due to the concerns for the safety of the
investigator at the shelter and the child.

Dear Internal Affairs Division,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident involving officers of the Austin
Police Department that occurred on May 27, 2025, in Austin, Texas. The incident was between
Officer Sargent Thomas Hayes (badge number 7070), and Officer Arevalo (Badge number 9360)
Brian Miller. The officers mentioned, engaged in misconduct, specifically through the use of
excessive force and intimidation, without lawful justification. The officers mentioned visibly had
their body cameras present.
The officers approached me in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive, and their behavior
escalated the situation instead of calming it. I did not pose a threat, was not resisting, and there
appeared to be no reason for their actions to be so forceful and intimidating. While placed under
arrest unlawfully, my charges of public intoxication, and impersonating a security officer while I
was on the job are absolutely absurd. The officers behavior left me feeling unsafe, mental trauma,
and also caused termination to my employment due to my unjust arrest.
I respectfully request that a thorough investigation be conducted into this incident. I would also
appreciate confirmation that my complaint has been received and is being reviewed, as well as
information about the process moving forward.
Please let me know if additional details, documentation, or an in-person interview are required.

Hello Shawn, I want to ask for your help. As we're working with the neighborhood association
here, we're seeing some pushback from neighbors as well as from police in cleaning up the
neighborhood alongside code enforcement.
Yesterday, we had a neighbor in our yard filming our cars and on a live video/ making recording
of our cars and license plates, apparently in retaliation for asking them to stop parking
commercial dump trucks in front of our homes overnight.
These neighbors also previously resulted in them threatening violence in the road and three
officers on scene.
The neighbor yesterday is actually apparently rallying up other neighbors, new neighbors, as well
as some with bad history/backgrounds with blatant code violations.
When we asked for help from police at 8:33 a.m. yesterday, we unfortunately faced push back
again from police/911, as the officer diminished our complaints about threats of violence and of
imminent property damage.
I forwarded this to OPO/City Auditor as the officer would not provide the promised video link for
me to upload the threat, as well as required me to write down a 13 digit code of the service
request number versus simply texting it.
He then also openly made fun of me, saying he's never heard of anyone who knows the mayor and
the district attorney as well as works with the media.
I told him I'd testify to that and then he continued making fun of me, asking if I previously
testified.
Are these calls recorded by the way for public safety? If so, I'd like to subpoena a copy via the city
attorney's office.

He then hung up on me when I asked once again for his badge number to make a proper civil
service complaint.
We appreciate Austin Police overall, and are very involved with City Hall as well as with our
Mayor pro tem.
Could you please help us report this and help us ongoing with cleaning up this long neglected
neighborhood for families and children?
Thank you for your service and we appreciate your oversight of junior officers,

Howdy,
I had filled out the form online and the video option wouldn't load so I had sent the email
to attach to my complaint.
Date is 06/23/2025
Time was 12:03 pm
Leander rd and I35 intersection by the post office in around Rock
This officer harassed me until they eventually forced me to make an illegal turn into traffic
simply because he was in a rush somewhere. The light specifically states no turn right on
red, this officer kept pulling up closer, laying on his horn, sounding his siren, and
eventually turning on his lights and sirens until I did the illegal turn to where he
immediately turned everything off, drove next to me shaking his head at me and then
drove off. This is outside of his jurisdiction but also a misuse of power as he put myself and
my vehicle into a situation where I could have been injured.
I have the license plate and car number of him if needed. He is a white complected man,
with black/ grey hair, a mustache, and is slightly heavier set. He was in uniform as well and
appeared to be riding alone.
Your website would not let me attach the video- I have more footage if necessary

I've been trying to file a complaint about harassment and someone filing multiple false police
reports to APD.
I've tried calling APD 311 numerous times, but for the reasons I explained previously I did not get
their call back and there is no inbound number. One huge issues with the current 311 reporting
system is that you have to be free within the two random hours that an officer might call within
14 days to be able to make the complaint. For any working professional, this is nearly impossible.
The only way to guarantee receiving a call is to basically spend every of the day for two weeks
keeping a totally free schedule so that you can receive an unannounced call. I think this probably
leads to significant amounts of crime being under reported and uninvestigated as people
effectively give up. There should at minimum be a callback number, or specific times and days set
for callbacks so people can make efforts to clear their diaries and be available to receive a call.
The only other way to file a report is by online report which are not suitable for all crime types.
This was closed down with a note saying I need to contact the detective for a linked case, but
there was no contact details provided. Again 311 could not provide any details. I did leave a
message on CID's voicemail 3 times from a police report filed by someone else I obtained from
open records- I have not recieved a call back. I have also emailed Officer Brandon Sheffy and
Officer Jeffrey Eads who were on the original police report and have not recieved a response.
I just want to speak to an officer and file a complaint and give evidence regarding my a previous
investigation but it's seemingly impossible to do so. There is clearly a significant issue which
needs to be addressed about how to file a police report for non-emergency matters. It is
ridiculous that the only method of doing so it to be free 24/7 for 14 days to ensure you receive
the call - perhaps an unemployed person may be able to do this but this is impossible for a busy
working professional. It's almost like this is in place to obstruct people filing reports rather than
facilitate them.

June 21, 2025, approximately 9:10 pm: My sister, her boyfriend, and I witnessed a woman getting
assaulted on the corner of E 7th and Brazos Street. She called the police and while on the phone
she was told by another passerby that he was on the phone with them as well. We decided to stay
about 20 feet from the woman and wait till the police arrived. After about two minutes I decided
to call the police as well as we saw them pass us and go to the other end of the street. Once they
arrived, an officer handcuffed the man assaulting the woman and then two officers arrived at the
scene. A total of 4 officers were there. We waited to make sure the woman was okay as we were
also the ones who called the police. While an officer stood about 15 feet from us a man in a pink
shirt started to walk back and forth near us and a sign. He proceeded to pick up the sigh and
throw it at my sister. This was a large sign approximately 4 feet tall with a metal foundation. The
sign cut my sister's arm and finger open and left it swollen and bruised. The man started running
away and when I turned to the officer next to us and asked him if he was going to go after the man
who just assaulted my sister in front of him he replied "No, a woman was just raped." This officer
was speaking to a witness, the man who called the cops with my sister who was just assaulted.
There were two other officers who could have gone after the man who just assaulted my sister.
This officer stood there and watched my sister get assaulted and did not care enough to even ask
if she was okay. My sister was only there to make sure a woman was okay and this officer did not
care that she was injured. This officer was a white man, with blonde hair, while I did not get his
name and badge number as we had to deal with my sister's injuries on our own, I did get the
license plate of the patrol car. Licence plate: 1462752. Attached is a picture of the patrol car's
plate and a picture of my sisters arm once the swelling had gone down.

The incident accord on the 4th of July 2024, there was an incident that happened between
residents and me and the guy I was dating/not dating but talking to, I left home to get away from
the commotion, it was just me and my baby boy he was 8 at the time, me and him were sitting at
the park waiting on a friend to come and get us because I just wanted to park my car and leave for
a couple days to an hour I have 3 other children that were at camp at the time so as were sitting
there the police is also sitting there I'm guessing he didn't think I seen him sitting which is why I
was sitting to out the blue there is the white car to the guy I was talking to pulling up very crazy
hitting the curb and putting his car in front of mine as soon as he did that the officer pulled up as
well as soon as he did that I jumped out and handed the officer my keys and tried to talk to him
and let him know what happened the guy that I had dealt with jumps out his car and yells she's
drunk I just want my son,,, I TRIED TO TELL THE OFFICER That's NOT HIS DAD HE STILL
WOULDN'T LISTEN so THEY BASICALLY LET HIM KIDNAP MY CHILD, so they wanted me to do
the test I complied with everything but when it came to me putting my mouth on the breath test I
refused because I seen him put the mouth piece on bare handed and I wasn't putting my mouth
on it so he looked at me and said it's ok I've made my determination that I was gonna lock your
ass up anyways, so while being locked up on jail I told them I had my period and it was gushing
and I had to pee bad and I need to clean myself there were female officers that were laughing at
me and told me to shut up so I peed on myself and they seen it was a lot mixed with blood, than
the lady officer she is white with blond hair and one with black hair I really didn't see the other
one but there were 3 lady cops that grabbed me up snatched my cloths off and slammed my
breasts against the glass giving all the male officers a nice soft porn show than one tried to
pretend like I was resisting and tried to bend my arm and said stop resisting and that's when I
looked at her and asked her if she was ok cause bitch you really tried to make it look like I
resisted until she seen that if you bend brake or twist my arm I will let you do it because I know
just like you know I'll get paid is what I told her and she looked shocked when she seen whatever
you do to me I'm gonna go with it cause you won't lie on me and you won't hurt me I'm the type
that if you try to hurt me I'll help you don't worry, so I've been dealing with this for a while they
don't answer there phones they won't give me answers they really trying to lie and say I'm
violating which I feel as if someone other than myself is tampering with everything to get me in
more trouble, the crazy part about it all is the guy I was dealing with is the same person that
bailed me out wouldn't they think it was weird, they took my children and placed them with

This morning, around 3:56, he saw a car in the middle of the road (road has no lanes) as he was
going to the gas station. Once he got close enough, he realized it was a cop. He states that the
officers did a U-turn and started following him for about a mile. Right then, he started recording.
He states that he pulled into the gas station, and the officers pulled in right next to his car, staring
at him in a creepy way. He states that he started engaging with the officers, telling them to leave
him alone; amongst other things. Complainant states that the officers then backed up, and pulled
up right behind him - then waited. When the complainant finished 'gassing' up he went into the
store to talk to the store clerk. He alleges that the store clerk told him to call the cops. The
complainant got the vehicle #9331. He felt the officers were there to instigate or provoke
something, based on the appearance of his vehicle.

I live in southeast Austin. Police cruisers are frequently breaking traffic laws in this area. This is
not a safe practice considering the amount of pedestrians in the area and dangerous roadways.

Thank you for the street sweeping on Bluff Springs. It took a month but seems to have been
finally done this weekend, also the marks it leaves on the road outline where abandoned cars are
that they had to go around and that we need towed to protect children and families from
vectors/speeding cars.
Ideally, street sweepers would automatically report abandoned vehicles versus just going around
them.
Even worse, repaving by Transportation is simply repaving around abandoned vehicles, leaving
those areas damaged and costly for residents. (Thannas Way). Branchwood also has grass
growing through it and needs resealing still.

He was outside in his backyard watching baseball with his son. Two police officers came to the
back gate and let him know they had a distress call. The complainant asked that they go to the
front door because he thought it was disrespectul to come straight to the back gate like that. It
shook his son up and he didn't appreciate the interaction. The officers told him this was protocol
for the type of call they were responding to. They then went back to their car for about 20
minutes. The complainant watched them from his front yard and they eventually left. They didn't
provide any more information about why they came to the back gate or why they came at all.

Hi this is
again reporting another crime committed by what I assume are the same
Undercovers as last time.

I am reaching out to
request that this incident be reviewed by your office and that we be informed of any steps that
can or will be taken to improve response protocols in situations like this-particularly when
mental health, potential weapons, and repeated police involvement are in play.

complainant thinks the force used was excessive. The officer kept explaining that when he

Later that night, after she was drunk, she got in a fight with a doorman in front of that same

threatening, and appearing to attack bar staff.

I purchased a used vehicle from wedad used cars LLC in Pflugerville, paid in full with cash, never
received the title or registration. Owner, who sold me the car,. closed up shop days after I bought
car, and refused to answer any of my emails text phone calls Facebook messages, any forms of
communication I tried. After months and months I went to DMV to try and bond the car or
whatever but DMV said impossible because the title actually has a lien on it! After 9 months I was
a finally able to reach the owner,
using a friend's phone and lying about who I was at
first and he yelled at me that he knows he doesn't have the title and his lawyer is ',working on it"
and to leave him alone he's not doing anything to help me and hung up and blocked that number
too. After like a year and a half and multiple tickets for driving without plates I filed a police
report because it is illegal to sell someone a vehicle if you don't have the title and if you sell
someone a car and can't get them the title within 30 days you are legally required to refund them
all their money and take the car back. And
obviously was aware he didn't have the
title/couldn't get it because he refused to speak with me immediately after purchasing vehicle. If
he was unaware at the time of sale it didn't last long he was fully aware and fully ignoring all
forms of communication with me on purpose he essentially stole my money.

I've tried emailing him several times to follow up on what Taylor auto
and their inquiry into the title but he has ignored every single one and refused to email me or

unprofessional and he.

I was at the Q2 Stadium to drop off some necessary tech items to my coworkers,
and
for their event. I was told by the parking people I could pull over by some grey poles to
wait for my coworker
to come by my car to pick up the items. As I was on the phone with
to notify her of my location and try to help her find my car, this female officer
approached my car, knocked on my window very harshly and proceeded to be very unnecessarily
rude to me despite me trying to explain why I was stopped here.

The staff at Hotel Zaza on 4th and Lavaca called APD to formally trespass him. The complainant
went outside on the public sidewalk and waited. There were 2 officers and a sergeant that
responded. The hotel staff also flagged down some bike police. The complainant had a recording
of the hotel staff physically assaulting him. Instead of the police paying attention to the
complainant's video, they went forward with issuing him the trespass and ignored his concerns.
Case # 25-1641222. Within the next hour, the complainant called the police because the hotel
staff came out to the public walk way where the complainant was, and and ripped a sling out of
his hand unprovoked. About 6 police officers showed up again. The complainant stated that the
officers were agitated. When he asked how to submit the video he'd taken of the hotel staff
assaulting him, he was not given any information on how to do so by APD.

During a phone conversation with an individual while she was collecting a friend at the airport,
she encountered a situation with a law enforcement officer at the Austin Airport. She made
several circles around the area and was waiting behind a car when an officer approached her and
made aggressive remarks. These remarks included, "I have warned you multiple times," "Do you

If so, I'd like to subpoena a copy via the city
attorney's office.

he would not take this valid report from citizens and city staff, this experience unfortunately is
echoed by sheriff and others in this area as a historic issue.
He then hung up on me when I asked once again for his badge number to make a proper civil

We appreciate Austin Police overall, and are very involved with City Hall as well as with our

Could you please help us report this and help us ongoing with cleaning up this long neglected

Howdy,
I had filled out the form online and the video option wouldn't load so I had sent the email
to attach to my complaint.

The complainant alleges:

Tonight a cruiser with the numbers 0168 was speeding down East Oltorf, well above the speed
limit, even tailgating other drivers. Abide by your laws APD. You're not exempt from public safety
regulations.

Taco Bueno Willam Cannon is covered in graffiti, against city code and now criminals are using it
to sell food in front of it without permits on weekends.
We previously reported this to police as well as 311 with no action taken.
Our district police rep Sam Noble is also not answering emails / may be on permanent vacation
or replaced if we can find our current, active police district rep for Frank 8/District 2.
Thank you,

Please if any officers come to Saint Johns West, to speak with the management, DO NOT COME
INTO THE OFFICE. That is how they have been able to inflirate on those who come to speak them
about the concerns of the disturbances coming from the this complex. All night and day, there are
yells, screams and sounds of violence. IT has caused me SO much PTSD that I have been extreme
