The complainant alleges: He and his service dog were walking into HEB when a customer began
yelling at them threatening them and trying to get him to go outside. The two officers working at
HEB came over and started telling the complainant to get out of the store. One of the officers
pushed a shopping cart into him and he pushed it back into the officer. The officer kept telling
him to get out of the store. Finally, he started to leave. The officer did not want to hear what
happened and just kept telling him to leave. He could not get the paperwork to sue HEB. He told
the officers to arrest him, and the officers said they would not arrest him but if he did not get off
the property, they would mace him and his service dog, which is illegal. Cops are garbage. He
cursed them out and called them every racist thing in the damn book. They are all racist and the
police officers were acting like animals not professional. They did not come over and ask what
the problem was and ask them to go outside they just came over and said get the hell out of here.
What are you doing hiring psychopaths?

The complainant alleges: He has had an ongoing situation with APD sitting in front of his house
in unmarked cars, and they are also sending drones over his home. He does not have a lot of
traffic coming to his house, only his friends and they have been coming around for years. He has a
bad history with APD, and it makes him nervous. He is on medication, and he does not know if
APD is going to shoot him, kill him, or what. It makes him very uncomfortable in his own home.

The complainant alleges: The first police officer who came out on the 29th recommended she call
a locksmith and have her locks changed. She changed her locks, but her receipt disappeared from
her bedroom. They just go shopping in her apartment. They have a key. She told the officer that
she was sick of these people and the officer questioned if she was feeling anxious, overwhelmed,
or depressed. She had twelve tumblers in her cabinet and now there are only two. If the police
would come out, they would see what is happening. It is an ongoing nightmare. She testified
before the Austin Mayor and Council, and it is still going on. The chief gave her phone number,
but she never called. She is a survivor of serval illnesses and is being robbed. She does not
understand how the police can say they protect and serve. APD never comes out and questions
anyone and no one cares. The police asked her if she felt like she was going to blow a top. She
told the officer she was doing all she could not to become a victim and start being a person who
goes downstairs with her baseball bat or her mop handle and clean house because she is sick of
these people. The officer told her to call 311 if she felt like she was going to lose it. APD is
allowing her to be victimized and if she feels like she is going to retaliate, call 311, and then APD
will come out and take her to the nut house or whatever they do. What about prevention? The
officers that came to her apartment were very nice. She does not understand how the city can
allow this type of victimization on city-owned property. She does not understand how anyone
can allow a 74-year-old person to be consistently victimized. Things are disappearing out of her
bedroom. There have been over 58 complaints out of the apartments where she lives.
Medications have been stolen and people are being victimized. She buys food and puts it in the
freezer and when she gets back from church it is gone. What is she supposed to do about people
stealing from her?

The complainant alleges: He was evicted from his apartment well under 90 days and his very
expensive shaving kit is missing and he cannot find a replica of it anywhere. It was a very
traumatic event. The police showed up with shields and a ram for his door even though he had
not committed any crime or hurt anyone. The shaving kit that he collected over time is gone. He
would like to have his shaving kit back. The only crime he committed was that he was not able to
pay his rent and it is not fair for people to take his things. The shaving kit was an heirloom gift
from his belated mother. When he got out of the clinic, he could not find it in the boxes that they
took out of his apartment when he was being evicted so he tried to re-purchase the same shaving
kit but could not find it at any stores. He does not know what to do and it is a very frustrating
situation.

Complaint:
The complainant alleges: An APD officer had his lights on but turned them off when he went
through the red light. The officer went into his neighborhood, so he followed him because it was
weird, he did not have his lights on and was not driving fast so it did not seem like a big situation
that was occurring. He followed the officer around the neighborhood. The officer went back out
to the main road heading to 1431. He thinks the officer knew he was following him. The officer
headed back to the main road and turned into a QT gas station and circled the gas station. The
complainant followed the officer and rolled down his window and asked the officer to stop. He
asked the officer why he turned his lights on to run the red light and then turned his lights off.
The complainant believes the officer responded, "I don't have to answer your questions" and got
confrontational. The officer was on duty because he had his gun on him but was in plain clothes,
maybe a detective at lunch or something. The officer got out of his car and started taking pictures
of the complainant's car. The complainant does not know if it was a work phone or the officer's
personal phone. The complainant has an issue with that. The biggest issue is what the officer did
and how he handled the confrontation, and it was not right for him to do that. He called Round
Rock and found out the officer was APD. The officer should not have been doing anything that he
did in the Round Rock Area. He wants to know who the officer was.

Complaint:
The complainant called the police right after midnight because her boyfriend's ex was causing a
big scene, pounding on the door and destroying property outside. The officer arrived and parked
right next to the ex, who was sitting in her car. The officer flashed his light in her car but did not
talk to her or anything. The officer came up to the door to speak with the complainant, and while
he was there, the ex drove away. The ex was drunk and had a
year-old in the car. The officer said
he would let nearby units know and give a description of the vehicle. The officer left and didn't
seem concerned even though the complainant was stressing that there was a child in the car.
Once the officer left, the ex came back, smashed the complainant's windshield, and drove off. She
called the officer back, but another officer showed up and said they couldn't do anything since the
ex was no longer there.
After the incident, the complainant asked the police to do a welfare check on the child and asked
for updates. She gave them all of her contact information and no one called them back with any
updates. When she called them back the next day, they said there was no report at all. They had
the wrong address. After a search, they finally found a report and let the complainant know there
was contact made, but no information about the welfare of the child was shared.
The complainant is not sure if this was TSCO or APD, or a combination of both departments.
The complainant provided a case number for the harassment report: 23-3590051
Officer Description:
Bald, older white male, heavy set; she thinks he had glasses on
The second officer to show up was a Sheriff's Deputy, but it is unclear if the first person was TSCO
or APD

receiving pictures of injuries from

The police called her back and let her know that they knocked on the door, and no one answered.
The complainant states that the officers on the earlier shift were supposed to do the welfare
check and believes it was negligent of them to wait that long. Multiple family members have
called and reported elderly abuse and the police have seen the injuries, know about the elderly
abuse and are not doing anything to help her aunt.

The complainant's adult daughter was pickpocketed in downtown Austin at a club called the Beez
Kneez. Later that night, the thieves tried to use a credit card at CVS in Round Rock. The CVS has

The complainant was woken up to officers banging on her door and flashlights shining into her
living room. There were more than 5 police officers outside. She opened the door; then the
officers told her they got an alarm about an electrical panel being opened. Once she said she was
fine, they left.
She went to her apartment manager and contacted the courtesy officer and her neighbors; no one
knows what that was about. The apartment manager told her there was nothing wrong with her
electricity and that the police wouldn't have been the ones to respond to that. The complainant
wants to know why they were there. She was traumatized. She has videos of this which she will
send to OPO via email.

The complainant alleges: She realizes there is a shortage of traffic police. She travels on Mopac
quite a bit and since there have not been police hanging out in the hot spots, she is having to drive
80mph to keep up with the flow of traffic. She has been in three or four near misses where
people get upset with each other and try to drive around one another very quickly. With school
being out everyone is just flying on the road, and it feels extremely dangerous and anxiety-
provoking. She has heard the same from her adult children who are on the road quite a bit. She
has been seeing a lot more accidents and having to sit for hours in traffic because there is
probably an investigation because the accidents are fatal. Her biggest complaint is not seeing or
observing APD on the road. There was an incident where an APD officer driving next to her, not
chasing anyone and he started going 80-85mph in and out of traffic and she felt it was just all
over at that point. She appreciates APD officers, and it would just be nice if there were more
police officers on the road.

My name is
. My family was abducted and murdered sometime with blood gang
and police impersonators. They had me taking to jail for reporting my family and kids missing 6
times in 2 different counties. They even turned some of my folks against me by feeding them lies
to target me and more people. They had my mom compromise my cell phone account at Walmart
with my stolen ID and my online Internet completely went bogus in order to keep me from
reporting them to actual law enforcement. They had both the gang members in uniform and also
deputy and FBI impersonators to proceed with kidnapping and robbing.y folks. After the last time
I went to jail both my attorneys were abducted murdered. My mom was drugged and beaten by
every day and even out in public. She did nothing but lie to me and threatened to
evict me or send me back to jail. About a week ago I found out that a old friend of mine was acting
strange after I had a conversation with him at the specs on airport and 2222. I was walking home
and noticed he walked down into the creek bed for some strange reason. I don"t wanna make any
assumptions but I just recently heard that"s where my friend daughter body was dumped.
Between December 15 the 2023 and January 10, 2024 The suspects had my mom sent to Seton
medical center and claim she had COVID. They drugged and abused her a whole week and 2 days
why I stayed home and noticed maintenance man and other blood gang members pushing what
appeared to be body bags to the 2 and floor dumpster. I even heard they burned a few body"s

APD did nothing when a man entered the complainant's home illegally. The landlord gave the
man a key, but that doesn't circumvent the complainant's rights. The man entered the
complainant's house, dismantled the alarm system, unplugged all of the complainant's cameras
and equipment, disabled the internet to the security system, and then piled everything on the

The man then tried to flee the scene through his neighbor's yard, and the police did nothing. The
complainant asked to speak to a supervisor, and the officer on the scene told him that he was the

The complainant alleges: He was assaulted and APD dropped the ball. The person who
assaulted him is well known and APD knows him. APD still has not brought the person in so he
can identify him and file charges. Detective Julian Delgado III, #3843, region 3 property crime
investigator, disrespected him and did not follow up and bring this person to justice. Detective
Delgado asked for his evidence, so he uploaded videos showing the assault from start to finish
and he has confirmation of the upload. He was told a BOLO was put out. He has seen the
individual every single day since the incident. There has been no communication to him that the
person has been identified so he can come in and identify him and file the charges. The detective
stopped communicating with him. He followed up and no one got back to him. The detective told
him he would get back to him in 14 days, but he never did. Nothing has been done and he is still a
victim of a crime. The investigator has all of the information related to the case. He will be filing
charges against other officers for other incidents. He wants to be a part of the solution and not
the problem.

Austin Police Officers Involved: Yarger AP6499 Unknown:
Complaint:
On Saturday night at Trinity street south of 6th st, about 230 am Sgt Yarger again put a spotlight
on me from his SUV while I was filming him. This is known as flaring or ghost flaring a camera
lens and is considered a violation of the 1st amendment to the Constitution of Texas and the
U.S.A. Constitution as well. And a clear retaliation and deprivation of rights under Turner V Driver
and other Federal Case law.
It is also a violation under section 302 of the APD Policy. As well as other parts of the police
policy, general orders, and the Oath that this officer took.
He is continually allowed to do criminal acts against me and others by the police department and
has a long history of abusing the public and committing heinous crimes under color of law.
To date the City/OPO/IA/SUI/APD have not reassigned him to a desk, have not investigated or
disciplined this bad cop. And that is causing unrest on the streets. This officer and others are
starting micro riots and civil disobedience through their criminally abusive acts against both
members of the Press and members of the Public realm. When police are allowed to commit
crimes, what would you expect but the people to react to your lack of oversight? This is your fault.
You are paid and charged with police oversight, and you do nothing.
If you fail to do your duty to discipline and fire and charge bad cops like Sgt. Yarger, the resulting
unrest will be on your hands due to your malfeasance under law. You won"t be able to blame
anyone but yourselves.
We are watching this unfold every day. And we have been filing complaints that go un-answered
for years. No email received with confirmation and case numbers are sent by this office. Your
Director lies and says that they cannot give us our own information and data to track our
complaints. Yet your web site says that you track and store data.
The office of Police Oversight is a sham. So is APD"s internal affiars and SUI. Useless. You and they
both cover for bad cops, even murdering cops. We have heard the testimony already. We saw SIU
cover for
and help all the witness officers write lies in their sworn statements,
on record, under Oath. Perjury is also a felony. And we watched many of your officers perjure
themselves under Oath. Unacceptable criminal activity, a blue wall of silence.
The people of Austin deserve better than you have given. Expect to be held accountable on the
streets, when you cannot hold your officers to the law and their Oath. Remember you work for us.
Not for your own selfish needs to use force and lights to stop the Press from filming you.
We also demand that you release the list of complaints that I have filed immediately. As promised.
And as I have asked repeatedly for 2 years now.

on October 31st, 2022 at an unknown time initial witness on the police affidavit
was working at the entrance door of toulouse a private owned establishment downtown Austin. I
stood near the entrance for about 5-10 minutes. I observed
let individuals in the
establishment with no attempt of searching them. any cameras at the entrance or public safety
cameras will prove this fact. As the rain started to come down Lamont Lucas invited me into the
establishment. He began to search and frisk as I attempted to refuse the search he continued in a
hostile harassing frisking manner to say he can't "let that in". Being unaware of the 51% establish

continued to observe
continue to let patrons in the establishment with no search
continuing only frisking and searching people of dark color in the establishment. I then asked
what did those people have to be let in the club with no search or frisking. Do I
need to give you money ? it's my birthday? why are you discriminating & not being firm & fair

searched and frisked properly and those in the unknown Not I can't let that in" or "those my

profiled I didn't feel safe to pull over. Pulling into my home parking lot officer #8928 crept on the
side of my vehicle with his hand on his weapon. Subsequently seeing I was in full compliance with
his fellow officer hostility and #8928 took the information I gave
officer #8923. As the investigation furthered officer # 8928 made comments and concerns about
drugs during this arrest. I explained to both officers of my ownership of a business in travis
county, being a future college student, and prior Florida correctional officer. Officer #8928 still
made unjustly, biased, unprofessional comments. Inquiring of my vehicles I own and money in my
truck. Once the investigation fathered in which officer #8923 called upon a department of public
safety k9 search. No drugs or illegal substances turned out as a result. Officers did go through a
backpack and found a assault rifle pistol legally registered in my name. Officer #8928 seemingly
got to pressing me about coming forth with drugs and illegal substances coercing me to believe I
would not get harsh treatment, "to just give something up". I seemingly told officer #8928 I had
nothing illegal or drugs on me. Officer #8928 can then be seen forcefully moving me to an
unknown marked patrol car on video. Leading to another search emptying my pockets out and
taking my shoes off. I asserted my innocence and testimony of light officer #8928 grossly
continued to ask for drugs or something illegal "to give him something". I continued to stand my
ground of innocence officer #8928 continued to become frustrated accusing me of evading,
eluding, and swallowing drugs. Officer #8928 continued to search my vehicle finding nothing and
looking into another vehicle out of no reasonable doubt that I owned in the parking that can be
seen on video. In conclusion to me maintaining my plea of innocence officer #8928 announced
Miranda rights to me. On the basis of not having a "strap" or "holster" for my assault rifle pistol
that was in my truck concealed in a back pack in resulting unlawful carry charge on the affidavit
(c1cr23204465). Writing in the report officer #8928 did not disclose of what made the assault
rifle pistol illegal. which makes me believe he knows of his actions were unjust and unlawful

From email titled, "Case #233151368 assault case mishandled"
Hello, I currently have a black eye from being assaulted by two different people and was told
there was nothing that can be done about this because the people stated a different occurrence
than what actually happened. This does not make sense, since when do people who have
warrants and give someone a black eye not get arrested for assault? I searched up the Detective
on the case and was notified of his previous mismanagement on a domestic violence case that
ended with the victim getting shot. The FBI suggested reaching back out to internal affairs
regarding this new case.
this is regarding investigator "Ok Sinn" who handled a case where I was physically assaulted by
and when the investigator called me to discuss the situation, he laughed at
me when I stated I had a black eye after he said "there was no proof of an assault". Investigator Ok
Sinn called from a 311 number so I'm sure the call can be found in recordings.
Offense was over the phone on November 13, 2023 around 2-3 pm from Detective Ok Kyun Sin

I made contact with an individual that had a negative experience with an officer in a position of

outside in 17 degree weather. This was her 3rd call to 911 this evening because she did not feel as
if her concerns were initially addressed due to the dog still being outside for several more hours.
Corporal Dale contacted the complainant and began laughing at the complainant as she expressed
her concerns. It was stated by Corporal Dale, "Don"t you think it would be a waste of city
resources and money if officers responded to these type of calls?" Corporal Dale went onto to
continuously question the complainant and said this was her 3rd time calling and that it was a bit
"excessive." He proceeded to say that officers had previously responded "several" times earlier in
the day and that he didn"t feel the need to go by again and make contact.
Corporal Dale"s interaction with this complainant made her feel invalidated and hesitant to call
police in the future. After speaking with the complainant, she indicated that the 2 previous
officers were extremely helpful and understanding of her concerns, however, Corporal Dale came
across as disrespectful, belittling, and insincere.

In total, after Officer Sanchez shot Mr.

The complainant went to the Wendy's to show them a picture of her son and ask them if he was
the one who broke the window. Wendy's employees identified another person who broke the
window. The complainant wants the charges dropped because her son was falsely identified by a
police officer.

Narcissistic and on a constant power trip.
Rudimentary comprehension of English, creating a major disservice in his attempts to safely

An individual who has less than an intermediate school level of English comprehension should
not be enforcing laws in the English language.

The complainant alleges:
Officer Peña of the child abuse department created a completely factually inaccurate report from
beginning to end, which appears cut and pasted from a highly redacted, edited, and inaccurate
account of a 311 call made by the family of the victim in the case. The false information includes
fake dates, fake sleeping arrangements, fake additional beds that don't exist, victim blaming of a 6
year old child who has no concept of consent or sexual assault, and a total omission of all of the
concerning predatory behaviors of the offender. The officer even fictitiously listed the victim's
parent as an "offender" in his false investigation and report. The only contact the officer ever had
with the victim and victim's family in this "investigation" was a 30 second phone call to advise he
had already closed the case without investigating or speaking to the victim or victim's parents.
The events listed in the report were never obtained by the officer. The 1st grader who is a victim
in this case was formally assessed by her MD and was found to have
as a result of
being
even while unconscious and in her sleep- facts which
were all completely omitted from the report, leaving the community and future children highly at
risk because the offender will not receive any treatment for their criminal and predatory
behavior. The officer was negligent in his investigation and refused to even collect the relevant
documentation to the case which is attached below. I ask that an investigation be completed with
an officer who will complete factual documentation.

The complainant alleges:
I drove the wrong way down a one way with improper signage that was blocked by construction
equipment on Guadalupe street.
I pulled over into a garage opening at 9:37 pm & stopped my car so I could turn around. While I
was pulled over already the police came up to my car for no reason. They told me I turned down a
one way and I said I know that is why I pulled over to turn around.
I told Sarah Doss that someone hit & run my car the other day when I was coming out of my
apartment parking garage & I asked her to check to see when I would be getting my 14 day non
emergency call back. She told me she couldn"t find it so I asked her if she could make a new
report. I gave her the address of the incident which was davis street on the corner of
in front of the
I gave her the date & time which was a few days before the
traffic stop. She did not give me my report number, I needed this for my company.
She asked for my ID & I reached into a bag under my Scat grab my purse. I had a closed 6 pack
of seltzers in my car & a completely closed bottle of wine. I wasn't drinking the wine it was just
leftover trash from a professional event I was working at 11:00 am. All of this was put away in a
bag underneath my seat.
Sarah Doss only saw it because I had to get my purse. She assumed my ID was fake & that I was
underaged then she ran my ID. She gave it back then made me do a field sobriety test.
I had to walk in a line & take 9 steps but she did a demonstration only taking 3 steps pivoting then
taking 3 more. I started doing the line test then I stopped on step 3 to ask if I was supposed to do
6 like she did in the demo or 9 like she said in the beginning. She said I failed the test & that I was
drunk because I asked a reasonable question.
She made me stand on one foot but I requested a reasonable disability accomodation. I told her I
have flat feet & I have never been able to stand on one foot. I go to Yoga & I have to hold onto
something. She forced me to take the one foot test while already knowing that my physical
disability made it impossible for me to stand on one foot which isn't fair.
After this she shined a light in my pupils then said I look drunk but I did not have anything to
drink.
She asked if I drank anything & I said I had 3 5oz glasses of wine at noon. The traffic stop was at
9:37 5/28/22 so my BAC was zero.
She illegally arrested me because I said I drank 3 glasses of wine at noon. This is legal & proves I
was driving sober at 9:37. She didn't read me my miranda rights. I demanded a breathalyzer &

she refused at first because she was racist. She violated my civil rights. I am the victim of a racist
hate crime. She finally breathlyzed me and I blew a 0.00 then she wrote that the breathlyzer was
broken when it was fully functional. She told me that even though I blew zero she was going to
arrest me. This is a racist hate crime. I told her that I demanded a new breathalyzer but she put
me in handcuffs.
Since she had no proof I was drinking & driving, a 0.00 BAC, and closed containers in my vehicle
under the back seat she placed me under arrest with no warrant or probable cause. This is police
brutality, a civil rights violation, and a racist hate crime.
I offered to take a 24 hour urine test the next day at noon to prove I drank no alcohol from May
28th 12:01pm-May 29th 12:01 pm but they kept me in jail for 24 hours but they kept me in jail
from May 28th 11pm-May 29th 9pm so that I couldn't take the pee test to prove I was innocent.
While I was in jail they refused to let me contact an attorney. They took my cell phone away. I
asked to go to sleep & they made me sleep on a bench. I did not get my own room or a bed until
3:30AM. I asked for food, water, a book & they didn't feed me. They placed me in solitary
confinement with no food, water, or book. They wouldn't let me take my birth control or adhd
medication. They wouldn't let me shower.
There were 3 white people who were booked the same time as me. All of them got to meet with a
judge before I did at 11am. I didn't get to meet with a judge until 4pm. The judge told me that I
had a BAC of over 0.15 but I blew 0.00 on the field breathlyzer.
This is not fair. I met with a judge at 4 & asked him to release me so I can take a urine test to
prove I had no alcohol in 24 hours from May 28th 4pm -May 29th 4pm. He wouldn't let me leave
until 7pm just so I could not prove my innoncence. They are trying to frame me.
Sarah Doss lied on the incident report & said that I had a collision at the traffic stop which is not
true. The body camer shows my car was pulled over with no vehicles present.
1.I told Sarah Doss at the stop that I was in a collision on 5/23/22 at
intersection because someone hit & run me at the
when trying to move around a
commercial vehicle. My car was at a complete stop so they are at fault.
2.Sarah doss lied that this collision I already reported to 311 several days prior happened on
5/28 so she could try to get me arrested. I requested an ALR hearing on May 30th by calling the
number on the bond paperwork. I did not recieve my hearing date so I won the hearing. Sarah
Doss did not show up to the hearing.
3.1 was pulled over in an illegal traffic stop because my car was stopped in a garage opening &
they had no reason to approach me while my car was stopped with hazards on. I was not in the
road.
4.1 had closed containers in my car put away under the back seat then forced to take a field
sobriety test. Sarah Doss did not accuse me of drinking until she saw the alcohol under the seat.
She was just looking for any reason to arrest me because I'm black
5.1 took the field sobriety walking test & she demonstrated 6 steps but said 9 so I asked for
clarification. Stopping to ask the question proves I was sober because I didn't want to fail the test.
6.My pupils have been the same my entire life there was nothing different about them on 11/23
7.1 told Sarah Doss that I cannot stand on one foot because of my disability. I have flat feet with
bumps on the side of my feet because I was abused & not given any shoes that fit when I was
younger. She denied me a reasonable accommodation. This is the same as asking someone in a
wheelchair to walk then arresting them for not being able to walk. There is no excuse for this &
this is disability discrimination.

8.She asked me if I drank & I said not while driving. Drinking over 21 is not probable cause that I
was drinking & driving. She placed me under arrest with no probable cause. She didn't read my
miranda rights either. I demanded a breathalyzer & she refused at first. This proves that she was
being racist & trying to arrest me for no reason.
9.1 demanded a breathalyzer but she was refusing. She finally gave me one I blew a 0.00 so she
kept making me retake the breathalyzer. She lied & said it was broken then arrested me with a
0.00 reading
10.She lied that I blew above a 0.15 and got in a collision on the police report. There was no
collision & she stopped me when I was pulled over. The body camera footage shows I was not
collided with anything.
11. She placed me in handcuffs & was behaving aggressively, made the handcuffs too tight, and
yelled at me. This is police brutality.
12. I was not allowed to call any attorneys or anyone else in jail. They took my phone away so I
couldn't call anyone.
13. I asked to take a pee alcohol test to prove I wasn't guilty but they refused to release me for 24
hours just so I could not take the test.
14. You are supposed to go home immediately in jail as soon as you pay to leave. They would not
let me meet with the judge for 24 hours.
15. I was not given a bed or water for 5 hours. There was no water in my cell. I was placed in
solitary confinement. I was not given any food, water, adhd medication, or birth control for 24
hours. I was denied a book. All of the white people got to go in & out of their cell at their leisure.
There was two white people in jail with prior offenses & they got to leave before I did for free.
This is jail brutality.
After I left there were ignition interlock device companies emailing me without my
consent. My license was not suspended. I called three days later to re
aring to
keep my license. I was not given a hearing so my li
ve & I should get to keep my
hearing.
I retained Hayden Bordeaux at Stephen T Bowling & Associates telling them this information. I
told them I was not guilty & they guaranteed to get my case dismissed as well as represent me for
the ALR hearing.
I requested the hearing myself within 14 days & then I called them. They said they were waiting
on the date & time & that they would let me know when the hearing was but I haven't heard from
them so I get to keep my license. I asked Hayden to ask them when it was & he said I didn't have
one yet. I still have not been given my hearing. It has been 2 years SO I should get to keep my
license.
They are delaying my hearing on purpose just so to be racist & suspend my license.
Hayden lied to me & told me that I was on probation before my first court date so I could not
drink. I haven't drank in 2 years. It turns out I was not on probation the entire time. He said the
court ordered me to take a MADD class before my first court date but they did not. He said my
case would be dismissed if I took a MADD class so I took the MADD class. I am not guilty & if this
wasn't court ordered I want a refund.
After I took the MADD class I gave him a certificate of completion & he said my case could only be
dismissed with 6 months of alcohol monitoring. He tried forcing me to plead guilty & I refused. I
told him I was not guilty so I wanted to plead not guilty.

I told him that my primary care doctor is racist & refused to see black patients unless they take
monthly drug tests. My insurance wouldn't cover these drug tests because they aren't medically
necessary. These drug tests also test for alcohol & I have several of them that prove I don't drink
regularly. My primary care doctor still treats black patients who drink he just won't treat black
patients who do drugs recreationally which is racist.
He prescribes adderall for my adhd so that shows up on the drug test but he doesn't treat patients
who do any other drugs. The adderall is amphetamines. I told Hayden to give the drug/alcohol
tests to the court since I already had to pay for them to receive primary care & I explicitly said to
mention that the amphetamine is my adhd medication. If Hayden is lazy & forgets to say that they
would assume it was the use of methampetimine which is illegal so this was important for him to
say. If they needed proof that I was prescribed this I also told him I could provide that.
Hayden did not give my drug tests to the prosecutor at all & he overcharged me. I bought a hair
alcohol test that detects alcohol use in any amount for 60-90 days & I had to pay out of pocket for
this. I took one & it came back negative. Hayden didn't give this to the prosecutor either.
I have no idea what he said to them in court because I wasn't required to appear but I want my
case dismissed immediately. I was stopped at an illegal traffic stop, had closed containers in my
car, was not in any collision, and the officer refused to breathalyze me. I blew a 0.00 on the field
breathlyzer so I should not have been arrested. I was required to spend 24 hours in jail so I
couldn't get a pee test to prove I didn't drink & drive.
Sarah Doss lied on the police report & said I had a collision + above 0.15 BAC when the body
camera footage shows I had a 0.00 BAC.

The complainant alleges: She called the police in Clairemont, Texas, and the Austin police because
someone went in person to a hotel in Austin and tried to use her credit card which she did not
authorize. She named people in Austin in her report just to identify people that she knew in
Austin but not to be investigated. Information was sent to the Austin Police Department from the
Clairemont Police Department. After August 30th she supplied information that was requested
by APD. When she observed the information that she and the Clairemont Police Department had
provided to APD the information had been altered. It appeared to have been auto-populated. She
requested that the information be corrected. Someone named James Dyess with the APD
Financial Crime Unit stated it could not be changed. Eventually, James Dyess indicated he could
change it. She knows he delayed it because he did not want the unit to be perceived as altering
the report. Within the report, there were other identity changes. It is a matter of public safety.
She has concerns.
