On January 3, 2022 the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: Officer
- Badge Number
-> I asked him to look up my report
number and to escalate the matter to have a private investigator assigned. He refused to look up
my information -
. He would not give me his last name or transfer me to a Supervisor.
He said it could take 2-4 weeks to have my case assigned and I told him that this is life threatening
- that this harassment has been occurring for 5 years - he could care less and said sorry as if he
could care if I lived or died - as if I'm an attention seeker when I have been threatened illegally per
my Attorney for 5 years to be thrown out of my home in violation with the fair debt collections act
and to which I reported Fraud and retaliation to the District Attorney over the City's de-valuation
of my property. The DA also confirmed that a gag order cannot prevent me from protecting myself.
You respond is seconds to the HOA. Why are you doing nothing on my behalf? My family, my
Doctors and everyone who is familiar with this case would like to know why? I would like this
escalate as well to file a formal complaint against the Austin Police Department. Thank you.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
