The complainant alleges: THE APD sworn officers during an incident on

of them listed as complaintants that day). Badge numbers? Swore under the penalty of
perjury that they being sworn and lawfully employed by Austin PD that I assaulted In two
counts (Second degree twice concurrent due to cause number). That I assaulted them
specifically because I "pulled my hand back and although I did not strike on of them with
it, they felt defensive because of it...))) Assault is defined TEXAS code as any injury
occuring,
Either way, the crux of today"s report is the fact that five or six officers there
were aware me being tazed, yet no report of it was made. Additionally, a Move for
Discovery made by state and defense and approved by the court, that discovery has yet to
show up to my lawyers office or the DAS. BODY CAM FOOTAGE OF TAZING, THE
device and voltage used by sworn officers , etc etc, has yet to turn up or is perhaps being
stalled if not MIA. REGARDLESS, the lack of body cam footage would certainly pose
classic their word versus mine argument. Not only that, there was a child there (small

If the units were there I"m response to my presence then they certainly went about it in a
very strange way. I became the side issue and suddenly they had a legitimate cause for
being there.
