On May 31, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: Officer
I reported concerning me almost
being raped and it took him
days to come out here's the complaint number on him
he was called that one something this morning on

my door down I have it on tape conversation and he never went to apartment
I think
it's time to go to court first of all I'm telling him what he did when the maintenance man
tried to rape me this is why this complaint is on him and he said he came right out after 911
call but the attempted rape of sexual assault with the maintenance man happened on
he didn't show up until
that is why I found the complaint and he came in
my bedroom and got caught in my drawers and inside my closet with his body camera I
have him on tape conversation the next day making him aware I reported him and he didn't
deny what he did I still have all those tapes I have the tapes from this morning of Officer
showing up but we go through the rape conversation of the maintenance man and
then he lets me know he never knock on apartment

This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
