On August 4, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: RACIST AUSTIN POLICE PIGS: I will call the Austin police
who act like racist gangbanger-thugs with badges "PIGS" every time they violate my civil
and constitutional rights and their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the State of Texas as
well as the U.S. Constitution. The white RACIST PIG FEMALE COP who drove SUV #
is UNETHICAL TRASH a DISHONORABLE PIG! Her accomplices in SUV
#
are both UNETHICAL TRASH and RACIST PIGS!

stalked me from

This RACIST PIG and UNETHICAL TRASH
changed directions to stalk, troll, surveil, and racial profile me at least five (5) to six (6)
times. The RACIST PIG aimed her SUV at me while she was still in motion and caused
me immediate, severe, and immense fear for my personal safety and my life. I would walk
about 70 yards to 100 yards in one direction and the WHITE RACIST TRASH a
DISHONORABLE PIG would pass slowly in the same direction gawking at me and
playing with her computer. Immediately, I would make a U-turn and walk about 200 to
300 yards slowly in the opposite direction, which forced the WHITE RACIST TRASH and
DISHONORABLE PIG to have to make a U-turn along
or shoot
through the
parking lot to change course. When this PIG would catch up to me
in the opposite direction, I would again make a U-turn and walk in the opposite direction.
Doing this caused the RACIST PIG WHITE TRASH COP - to change her course of
travel at least five (5) to six (6) times alone
She even once traveled

parking lot to rush to try to get me in front of her police SUV. I made a U-
turn and headed back towards the

causing me to fear for my immediate safety and life.
I called 911 and I called 911 every time thereafter the WHITE RACIST TRASH -
DISHONORABLE PIG - in SUV #
drove alone side of me, slowed down, and
