On August 22, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: He owns a
business, and his life and business were
threatened by an individual who said he was very rich and could do whatever he wanted.
The individual then threw his
stuff around and slapped him on the

attorneys, the complainant was told what happened was a terroristic threat and because he
put his hands on him that is something police should have moved forward with criminal
charges. He is willing to press charges and he wants to know why the person did not get a
ticket and why APD told him the only option was to move forward in municipal court to
do anything to protect himself. He wants to know what options he has to protect himself
