On September 6, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: Her complaint is regarding detective
She does not
understand why he has access to her e-mail and phone, and she does not understand why
he is stalking her. The detectives are not stopping certain crimes that are being committed
but keeping up with what she is doing. She feels the detectives are participating in
certain/other crimes. What is the point of having detectives if they are not doing their job?
Detective
is
also connected with a state trooper whom she has complained about.
They are all affiliated with each other. There is gang stalking, a lot of people are committing
certain crimes against her, and certain law officials are involved. She is not saying all of
APD is involved.
is one of the detectives who is helping organize some of the things
that are happening to her and he has access to OPO's system, SO he knows her address and
he is able to tip off people on when and what to do. When she tries to make police reports
she can't get it done because certain people that work for APD help others commit crimes
against her and she does not know why. She is not complaining about the police but about
the detectives. She is making reports directly to the government. APD is making it seem
like she is delusional and imagining things. Someone has been stalking her SO she bought
a camera, SO could see what is going on in her apartment. Certain things are being tampered
with and people enter her apartment when she is not there. Law enforcement is able to stop
the footage, SO she is not able to do anything about what is happening to her.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
