On November 29, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: case
was filed and on
i was a victim of a
guy trying to shot me, he ended up shooting my brother in the head, my brother is now
fighting for his life. on
morning
while my brother and i were walking out
of
we were ambushed and shot or shot at by a cuban guy who had
plotted to either steal our money or kill us. i forseen the attempt by way of observance
between the suspects bc there was four of them the way the valet attendent allowed them
to perpare for us and the manager allowing them to watch us the whole time without trying
to intervene but hide them back in the club when officers arrived. when the incident
happened i told the policemen all this and they didnt beleive me or try to investigate that
portion. they chose to believe the manager and instead of checking the footage from the
time of arrival from these guys and their actions, which would of showed everything i was
talking about. the officers retained one suspect but later on releasing him even after i told
them he was the one to give the shooter the gun. just because he gave them information on
the suspect, they fill it was ok to release him. they still dont have any suspects, i have not
seen any one charged for the attempt on me and only one guy was held accountable but he
hasnt even been found. why would the polie let the only suspect go and why hasnt anyone
been harged for the attempt on me, i was a victim and i was almost killed and no one has
to pay? that is bullshit and as of
not 1 detective has returned my call or voicemail,
while my brother fights for his life the management of
gets to live free and the
suspects get to go on with their lives.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
