On February 3, 2023, the OPO received a US mail complaint.
The complainant alleges: I have been locked up in

My charge is Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, though the police report
states:

states: "I asked

his only pre-arrest question: "Why did you swing a knife?" When, at that point, there was
no proof or evidence of the swinging of a knife, as he had just arrived on scene and had
asked no questions and conducted no investigation. It was entrapment, and with the
alteration of the statement, perjury to cover the entrapment.

is a convicted multiple felon, still at the time
serving a 10-year parole sentence for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and
