Longhorn Dam Multimodal Improvements Artist Community Engagement Workshop

The City of Austin's Capital Delivery Services is excited to partner with Art in Public Places (AIPP) for another community engagement workshop with Houston-based artist, Reginald Adams. Participants will create custom clay handprints to be incorporated into the mosaic elements of the forthcoming South Pleasant Valley Road underpass.

The mosaic mural is scheduled to be completed in December. A preview of the 'Absolute Equality' mosaic mural can be viewed here.

In honor of Earth Day, a free sound bath will be held following the workshop located in the pocket park behind The Mosaic Workshop from 8 to 9 p.m., led by Reginald Adams and Selena Coronado. The event is free and open to the public.
