Site Plan Lite & Infill Plat Implementation Webinar

The Development Services Department (DSD) is hosting a webinar on Monday, June 2 to provide an update on the new Site Plan Lite and Infill Plat regulations that will go into effect on June 16. On March 6, the Austin City Council approved amendments modifying development regulations applicable to two types of "infill" projects: residential re-subdivision of residentially zoned lots and multi-unit construction (5-16 units) on single lots.  This is a virtual webinar and will be hosted via Zoom.
