APD’s Aggravated Assault unit is seeking the community’s assistance with identifying two possible witnesses of a shooting that occurred on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at approximately 1:51 a.m., in the 600 block of Trinity Street.
APD officers responded to the scene and located a victim who was shot in the leg. The shooter, who is currently an unidentified suspect, fired a single shot from the 600 block of Neches Street down the north alley of the 600 block of E. 6th Street. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Detectives are requesting any information that could assist with the investigation.
