The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting the community’s assistance with identifying the suspect involved in a Robbery at the IBC Bank located at 2817 E Cesar Chavez St. The suspect described below entered the bank, approached the teller and passed a note that indicated a robbery was taking place. The suspect stated he had a weapon. The suspect took cash and appears to have left the scene on foot in a south bound direction from the location. 
 
Suspect Description:

• Hispanic male
• Approximately 25-35 years of age
• Heavy build
• Last seen wearing:
  • Red Phillies baseball cap
  • Plain dark colored hoodie
  • Jeans or dark pants 
  • Black tennis shoes with a thick white sole
  • Glasses
