The Austin Police Department is thrilled to facilitate a second round of three community input sessions in the strategic planning process. The strategic plan is a roadmap that will guide our department’s priorities, policy-making, and actions for the next five years. “I look forward to all the feedback we will receive as we continue having this open conversation about APD’s Strategic Plan. Hearing from our community, as they share their insights, is key to helping us craft a strategic plan for your police department that is built on collaboration and trust.” said Chief Henderson.
