What:           Chief’s Run Showcases Future Officers
 
Interim Chief of Police Robin Henderson, along with APD’s Assistant Chiefs, will join 39 cadets from the 151^st Cadet Class on a run that will begin at 7 a.m., at the south end of the Congress Avenue Bridge and end at the Texas State Capitol Peace Officers Memorial. The traditional Chief’s Run focuses on unity within the community and the department along with an address to the cadets by Interim Chief Henderson.
 
The cadets will be commissioned during graduation ceremonies on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 1 p.m. at The Bannockburn Church – 7100 Brodie Lane, Austin, TX 78745. More details will follow.
