There was a domestic dispute at the complainant's home. She called for EMS to come out. She did
not expect officers to arrive, but they did come with EMS. They did not listen to her or ask her
more than a couple questions even though she was the one who called. They ended up arresting
one of the parties involved in the dispute even though no one wanted to press charges. The
officers were rude and intimidating. The only badge number she got was 9223, but there were
multiple officers on sight.

It was a confusing situation my fiancé was falsely accused of pointing a gun at a teacher and
children. Not one time during that day did my finance ever step out with a gun or was even
around the daycare workers. we have video proof of all the times he was seen outside. you can
see he possessed no weapons on his person through the home security cameras. he went outside
3x one to get the diaper bags, 2 to get a change of clothing, and 3 to dust his moms carpet out. We
had just arrived at his mom's apartment to have dinner at 4:59 we were there visiting without 1
year old and 5-month baby girl. during the arrest I was afraid for my husband as many officers
came in with guns and started to yell at him. We were then told that we couldn't leave the
apartment until it was searched, I felt I was held hostage while the event transpired as the
officers wouldn't explain what and why this was happening. I was told that they needed to search
my car but didn't provide a warrant to search my car and I was left with no vehicle at 1am. I was
threated by detective Lynch Benjamin he wanted me to answer questions about items in the
household which I couldn't provide information as I don't live there and didn't have a clue of the
items he was referring to and in return he threaten to get fired from my job and to take away my
children away calling cps

She and four other parents are involved in a case regarding their minor children and a sexual
offender which began in October 2023- case #23-3511211 Detective Dusty Jester- badge #8238
has been slow to handle her case and has been very unresponsive. He told the complainant that
they needed to set up interviews with all 5 parties and their children to build a strong case to get
a warrant. At one point someone from APD said there was a date and time for an interview, the
complainant showed up with her daughter, and no one was there. When she spoke to him about
it, he said he didn't know what she was talking about. In April he finally sent a message to one of
the parents involved saying he would call everyone to set up interviews. Everyone wanted to do
the interviews, and everyone has been trying to set up these interviews. He told one of the
parents that he was going to drop the case if no one wanted to set up interviews even though
everyone has been trying for months to move this forward. The complainant wants to know how
to make this case move forward.

Her car was towed from a parking spot on a public street. She had gone to the restroom, came
back and there were officers surrounding her car. She asked what was going on and she asked if
they were looking for the owner. They said they were towing it because the tags were out, and
they smelled marijuana. They towed it to southside wrecker. When she went to get her car, her
car was damaged, and her belongings were missing. Then her car was towed again on Aug 18th
after she went to jail. When she got out of jail, she saw some officers she recognized and asked
them if they knew where her car was. They told her it had been towed again. Detective Figueroa
has her belongings and is not being responsive, and she hasn't been able to retrieve her
belongings. Her car is still in tow at South Side Wrecker.

I was in my favorite coffee shop this morning and two men were outside with knives (not
attacking anyone) and the cops were called. however, they immediately put one of the men fully
on the ground and put what I believe was a stun gun execution style at the back of his head. the
man did not resist arrest and I don't think it's illegal to have a knife on your person in Texas. One
of the workers ran outside to tell them to drop their weapons and they refused despite having
both men in handcuffs already with three officers on site. officer Kevin Garvey 6445 walked in
and berated the worker who was attempting to get the police to deescalate the situation. both of
the men being temporarily detained were black and I believe officer Garvey and the two other
officers did not attempt to be reasonable in any way and were actively discriminating against the
two men on the basis of their race. there was no need to put him on the ground or to point a
weapon at him, even if he had a gun the police should be able to handle this situation without
resorting to violence.

frontage rd between 6th and 7th streets. He asked what happened. The complainant said that the
other woman didn't show her ID or have proof of insurance. He said that wasn't what the other
woman said and that he didn't have time for this. He didn't investigate anything, and let the other
driver go. He didn't give her a print out of the incident or anything. He didn't do anything. If he
would have done anything he would have seen that the other driver didn't have insurance. Report

Officer Fernando Cruz hit the complainant at the intersection of Manchaca and Wm Cannon. She
was halfway through the intersection proceeding through a green light. The officer t-boned her
and spun her car out. His lights were on, but his sirens were not and she didn't even see him until
he entered the intersection after her. He ran up to the window asked if she was ok and said sorry
and said EMS was on the way. She suffered injuries, her car is totaled. The police report claimed

The Austin police department keeps illegally attacking and harassing me. They are sexually

because I reported them. Strange men are raping my body because I'm young and beautiful and
no one will stop them. They then started raping me to attempt to change the fact that they're
raping me. They have some sort of technology raping my body that is visually obvious and
evident. The police need to be in jail for this let alone any police force. They keep trying to force
this idea that if try to force fake arousal on me it would change the fact that this is rape. This is

than treating me like the victim he tried to create a scenario were I was the aggressor with his

7:40 am. I was next to a police officer on Wm Cannon at the red light heading east. The Congress

because our light was already green. The officer did nothing, and instead just drove over the

immediately after then broke into my home with an AR-15 after trying to murder me + a spouse
that was white. If my spouse shot him you would say it is a racist hate crime. Our weapon was the
only way we got him to leave but it does not belong to me & I don't know if standing your ground
works with another gun owner. I would have died without a white person & weapon, but I told
them I didn't want to be pressured into marrying them too early just for media attention. They
agreed this would be an abusive thing for someone to do, especially with a murderer present. I
am choosing to keep most people involved confidential. I don't want anyone arrested or deported

officer trying to marry me & shooting me + having other police officers, try to kill me as

Sanders was not working at APD or any police department when he broke into my home with a
weapon. He already was banned with a criminal trespass notice even from his own friend because
he can't refuse to. After this he still broke into my home with a weapon only because democrat
Delia Garza refused to give me a protective order to take away his weapon. She is a conflict of
interest with law enforcement affiliation. If she wasn't the county attorney, then it was whoever
was the county attorney in 2022. They need to be terminated. SAFE alliance is a rape shelter &

E. Howard Hunt of the CIA on his death bed said Cord Meyer of the CIA and LBJ were in a plot to
assassinate jFK. St. John Hunt his son has written of that and the death of his mother. My father in
1952 likely served with the Hunts at ATSUGI airbase Japan both then with Col Fletcher Prouty
and earlier as well in WII. The Donegan family on my father's side comes from the Roman
Catholic church in Boston the Kennedy family is from.
I am facing (and have for decades) harassment including the FBI's most abusive forms vigilantism
and smear activities and I believe it is tied to my family's connection to JFK thread of history
cover-up attempts as I write about history. My books about the FBI and CIA roles are a dark and
dim view of the USA. It's officials uses gangs and thugs to undermine truth seekers in history and
illegal acts have left me homeless and subject to police backed attacks the police neither stop nor

Several incidents involving the entire police department, including dispatch, with the most recent
one occurring on May 8th, 2024, at Oak Creek Village. According to the complaint, there were
several unmarked black Ford SUVs present at the location, causing concern among residents who
mistook them for unauthorized individuals watching their children. The complainant, who is a
property manager, received multiple calls from concerned residents.
When the complainant called dispatch to inquire about the situation, they were met with
rudeness and uncooperativeness. The dispatched refused to provide their name and dismissed
the concerns, instructing the complainant to "calm down."
The complainant advises that the lack of communication and transparency regarding heavy
police presence on private property is deeply troubling. Residents felt frightened and uneasy,
unaware that the individuals in the unmarked vehicles were officers.
The complainant emphasized the need for better training for police officers and dispatchers to
ensure they have better interactions with the community in similar situations in the future.

There have been ongoing issues with her upstairs neighbors. The complainant states that she had
made a call to APD 911 on May 12th, 2024 at or around 5:30am in regard to her upstairs
neighbors. The complainant states that her upstairs neighbor's behavior does not allow her and
her daughter to get any sleep and that they were out of control on this particular day which
warranted her to call APD. APD never responded to her call for help.
There was another ongoing situation with a different neighbor that was passed out in the front
yard in his vehicle who the complainant states frequently use drugs.
The complainant states that she attempted to contact the property manager via text message to
advise her of the passed-out neighbor, but she accidently ended up sending that text to 911. APD
showed up in regard to the passed-out neighbor but not for the upstairs loud neighbors.
The complainant states that APD officer that showed up, was being extremely rude to her. The
complainant states that she also advised the 911 call taker that she has a sick daughter so that if
APD responds, she would like a call from APD instead of in person contact to avoid startling her
daughter. The APD officer's that responded to her home disregarded that request. The
complainant stated that the officer's did not make any inappropriate comments, and that they
were just rude. The complainant states that she does not think the officers did their job to the
best of their ability because they did not properly investigate the passed out individual.
The complainant states she feels like the officers only went to her home to harass her instead of
helping her.

APD refuses to investigate crimes creating a crime filled neighborhood. The complainant states
that he cannot raise his family in Austin, Texas anymore because APD does not respond to any
calls. The complainant stated that there was the incident that he was a witness to where he
recalls that APD did not respond.
The first incident was of a "Dude jerking off" as stated by the complainant. The complainant
stated that he had to call and yell at Austin PD in order to get them to respond to this call.
Another incident involved his fiancee who works at Wendy's. There was a man who threaten to
shoot up Wendy's with an AR-15 & APD refused to respond to the call.
The complainant states that he wants to know how he can contact the APD chief directly and ask
why the crime rate is so high and why do they refuse to respond to calls.
The complainant did not have a specific interaction with a specific officer but wants to file a
complaint on the entire department for failing to protect its citizens.

Really frustrating as a member of the community with understanding that police are understaffed
and strained yet I have learned today that when I need to ask for help I am better off not asking
for help. I understand that Police designate people as nuisance callers and don't offer the same
support to them after that. I believe that is what has occurred in my situation. Having lived in
supportive housing and currently in a high crime area there have been times I needed to report
things or request assistance. As well as my child having been a victim of an assault. I am re-
victimized today by the Officer's behavior responding 3 hours later to a request for assistance
with neighbors who are harassing us. As well our neighbor is a pedophile who persistently tries
to view my child through our window which I have reported and received one email in response
to which I responded with information requested and then never received any kind of follow up. I
was very clear with the Dispatch today that my child is special needs prone to seizures from
stress induced and sleep deprivation situations and no contact was necessary. While a report I
was making to management by default went to 911 in a text because that's the last number I had
dialed regarding an individual passed out in vehicle was responded to the Officers not only failed
to respond to the initial call from 3 hours prior at the same location and make contact but they
persistently banged on my door disturbing my finally asleep child and were Unprofessional in
their tone and comments to say the least. How can we get some kind of mutual respect with APD
when we need assistance or is it better just to instruct my child not to use 911 if they have an
emergency and should I just not ask for help or report crimes? Sincerely asking for either a
resolution and acknowledgement or to be told that I am not valid as being treated with respect by
APD and therefore should not expect any. It's Not Okay.

firearms and said he would be waiting in my sisters apartment for us to come. I'm extremely
concerned and angry for anyone else who makes a report for something like this and it not be
taken seriously. Just for them to call me and close the investigation instead of doing their jobs! So
I would like to know if something were to happen to me, my children, my sister, or any of the
other family members he threatened to kill I assume it would fall on the Austin Police
Department? Since they offered no help and only that MAYBE someone would call me back within
14 days I even was going to go as far as going to the police station and was told they would only
have me call and not take the report in person, too many bad things happen in this world to good
people for it not to be taking seriously especially after I told them everytime I called I was scared
to go home and in fear for our lives I sent my children to another state due to this matter because
the man looked my name up on white pages and found all of my family members phone numbers,
addresses which I might also add they all have children of their own this is just the worst service
the time to take this matter serious and into consideration.

Two Whom It May Concern,
6 police officers in 3 police cars vs. 4 noisy, but peaceful protestors.
On Mother's Day, May 12, 2024, 6 police officers rushed out of III Forks restaurant at 111 Lavaca
St, Austin, TX 78701 to confront those protestors. Would not 1 police car with 2 police officers
driving by and shooing them away not have sufficed?
What a complete waste of taxpayer money, What 911 calls were being ignored while all those
police officers coordinated with II Forks management to teach those protestors a lesson? The
officers entered the restaurant from the rear and waited inside the restaurant until the protestors
exceeded a certain volume. At that point they came out of the restaurant and spoke with the
protestors for the first time.
Police officers have enough on their plate. It is unconscionable that III Forks took those resources
away from the needs of the community because they were too cowardly to engage in a
conversation with the protestors, and it is very disappointing that the police officers let
themselves be used in that way.
Protestors are not dangerous. The data doesn't support this mistaken belief, but retraining is
unlikely to negate this false and harmful belief. So instead of putting more people through your
current training classes, why not hire more social workers to ride around in police cars? Let them
respond to these types of calls.
No good ever seems to come from police officers responding to these types of calls. Let the social
workers respond. Let them have a conversation with the homeless people or protestors and ask
them what they want or need. Let them work as liaison or mediator between the citizens and the
property owners.
Your police officers are overworked as it is. Please discourage them from responding to such calls.
This was not an emergency that required 6 police officers and 3 patrol cars. Quite sickening.

I pulled into the In and Out burger drive through. A white Chevy Tahoe pulled up behind me and
stopped his car. He then hit the gas and rammed into my car. I got out of my car and said "oh my
god, you just slammed my car." he then said "yeah I did, you cut me off." I then said I was calling
the police and he said "go ahead, do that." I spoke with 911 about the situation for some time as
they were sending police. Police arrived and I told "Ritch 5356 241360630" what happened and
that the man in the Tahoe had hit my car on purpose. This i know is assault with a deadly weapon.
The other police officer asked for my DL so I gave it to him. Then Ritchie came back to me and
said that they were treating it like a collision since I was not injured. He said he had shared my
home address with the perpetrator since this was standard in a collision. I told him that I was
scared for my life with the man now knowing where I live. He said there was nothing he could do
since it was a collision. I am very concerned that when I told the officer I was assaulted and then
he gave them my home address without my consent. This is very reckless on the officers part and
I feel that I am now in danger as the man was unhinged enough to hit my car that he will come
and do something to my house. The police officer made matters worse and now I am scared for
my life and family.

I was arrested at gunpoint by 2 Austin police officers, the supervisor asked if I was answering

ALL officers failed to provide any names and badge numbers. Maybe around 10-15 officers
displayed such a poor demeanor for professionalism. I have NEVER been arrested before in my
life until this day.

The complainant was in an abusive relationship and had previous interactions with the police
involving the partner, but never pressed charges. The complainant was involved in a conflict
between her abusive partner and her partner"s friend. The complainant came home to find her
partner and the friend had destroyed the complainant's home and belongings. The partner"s
friend was not supposed to be there, and the cops had previously told the complainant to call 911
if the woman came back to her property. She locked herself in the bathroom and called the police.
When the officers arrived, they arrested the complainant instead of the people she called the
police on. She asked for a mental health officer, they refused and said she could talk to a mental
health counselor at the jail. She questioned why she was being arrested. They were rough with
her, and they were mean to her on the way to take her to jail. The police report was also incorrect.

profoundly concerned for the safety of her young children, given the recurrent nature of these

The complainant reported that the police department's response was excessively forceful and
lacked on understanding of the situation.
The complainant states that she called APD for assistance due to her son's mental health episode.
Instead of de-escalating the situation, the officers arrived with readiness to use force. Her son was
subsequently arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, despite there being no actual assault nor
a deadly weapon.

Her son"s dad got aggressive and abusive with her during a visitation pick up. She called the
police. Three officer cars pulled up. One was speaking with the complainant and two went to
speak with the son"s father. She explained to the officer what happened and told them that the
son"s father was on probation for two separate incidents involving her in Hays County. All they
did was file a police report. With all the details she provided, and the fact that her kids were
present, she doesn"t feel like they did all they should have. She did not feel protected.

He was traveling and had his blinker on and was turning at a light. The light turned green, so he
turned using his blinker the whole time. He then entered the highway. An officer followed him all
the way to the bank. He pulled into the Wells Fargo parking lot on Woodward and Ben White Blvd,
and the officer pulled him over. He got pulled over for making an illegal turn, even though he
didn"t turn illegally. When he told the officer he didn"t make an illegal turn, the officer changed
his story and said his tint was too dark. The officer lied to him three times before asking him to
get out of his car. Once he was out of the car, the officer asked if he had anything illegal in the car.
The complainant told the officer that he had a bag of THCA. The officer then searched the car,
found two bags of THCA and took one. The complainant requested to speak to a supervisor, and
the officer ignored him. He did end up getting a ticket for no driver"s license. He is upset that he
was pulled over for no reason in the first place since he didn"t make an illegal turn or have tint
that is too dark. The complainant believes the officer was profiling and harassing him after
running his plates and seeing that he had been to prison before.

On 5/14/24 at approx 5:35 PM the complainant went to Rainey St to view properties. When he
returned, he found his vehicle with a boot placed on it. Complainant called APD to assist him of
getting the boot removed as the company (Admiral Enforcement) was not assisting him. Officers
arrived and complainant states they were very "aggressive" when they arrived even though he
was the one who called for their help. Complainant states officers accused him of PI and Criminal
Mischief and Complainant was then arrested. Once, released Complainant went to retrieve his
vehicle and found that APD had his vehicle towed with boot still on causing damage to the vehicle.
Complainant advised he is from out of town (North Carolina) and is "essentially homeless" since
he was in the process of relocating and is now without a vehicle. Complainant advised he would
like to file a formal complaint.

"We are facing a severe and imminent risk in our community from an aggressive, uncontrolled
pitbull from 3511 Gonzales St, 78702, owned by an individual named Frank. This ferocious
animal has displayed hostile behavior by lunging over my fence in an apparent attempt to attack
my family, including my baby and my dogs. Our safety within our own property is compromised
as we live in constant fear of this predator.
The police arrived to the scene where the pitbull was off-leash on my street and the officers told
me they couldn"t do anything about it. I showed them the video of the dog attempting to jump
over my fence to attack and the female officer said they couldn"t call Animal Protective Services
(APS) because the dog was off-leash and needed to be in a secure space... the complete opposite
of what APS told me earlier that day-they said they couldn"t pick up the pitbull earlier in the
day because it had been moved behind the fence-which happened only bc the owners saw me
call the police about another altercation of their dogs attacking our fence/property!
I don"t understand why these police officers decided not to call APS for help and to take the
offleash predator off of our streets. Our neighborhood is not safe. I am unable to sit or play
outside my house with my 6-month old baby! We"ve called for help about this for several days
now and no one is doing anything to help us.
The male officer recommended I buy Bear Spray to ward off pitbull because pepper spray for
humans won"t help any-this saddened me because law enforcement and APS is unable to
protect my family.

a shelter to get him in since he said y"all wouldn"t help cause the cops was with him prior to him
Crossing the street anyway the other older gentleman needed some questions another one non
cop working with yall talked to him finally y"all pulled up i got arrested for the residual I picked
up but I also was charged with a warrant from Oct 14I didn"t know anything about. Y
Went into custody y" all had suspicious I wasnt who I said I was talk gave me a DNA test. Cause
y"all got info from multiple organizations people Integral Care Sunrise Pastor Mark just to name a
few 17 days later y"all continuing to trash my name like I"m a drug dealer criminal mind you
check the records before hand y"all gas a whole dept misjudged me y"all trashed my name
public y"all helped the city of Austin keep my driving license but to try to have me arrested
everywhere y"all helped them write false documents claming whole I was in jail my family wrote
a letter wrong yall helped them including

"He served with APD from 1971-1997. In 2006 he was arrested for a non-contact sex crime. He
spent 13 years in federal prison and was released in 2019. He now resides in Leakey TX in Real
County. He met with his probation officer on 4/30/2024 to take his regularly scheduled
polygraph. At that time the probation officer advised him that APD ran a check on him three days
earlier on 4/27/2024. He hasn"t been in Austin for a year and half. The probation officer
contacted APD to check on why he was checked on by APD. He found out it was a detective who
checked on him. That detective has for some reason neglected to return the PO"s phone call. He is
concerned as to why he was checked on. He knows that checking on an individual without them
being in custody is against department policy. The PO has not disclosed the detectives name to
the complainant. Had the complainant not been there for a polygraph when this issue came up, it
could"ve caused more issues."

On 5/4/2024 I had a very negative encounter with SGT Mccormick, who was on traffic control, on
the intersection of the I35 frontage road and Manor Rd.
I was exiting Mike Myers stadium, headed to my car, when SGT Mccormick gave me an order to
get off the street because cars take that turn tight. I complied and stepped on the curb. He then
ordered me to step farther onto the sidewalk. I did not comply because it was an unlawful order. I
don't do unlawful orders, only requests. He continued to engage with me in an unprofessional
manner. Not how I'd expect a professional sergeant to interact with the people he serves. He
should know that if not making a lawful order then make a polite request.
If he is small unlawful orders then it can be assumed that he is making larger ones that aren't
being reported.
I donate to the "Austin Police Association", fwiw.
I would like this complaint put into his personnel file.
