He was arrested on July 9, 2021, for making a terroristic threat. The judge dropped the charges on
April 4th of this year because they were not able to find the person who made the false charges
against him. He called the evidence room to pick up his pistols that were confiscated and they
won't give them back. He was told to contact Detective Paige. He has contacted him for 3 weeks
straight, but the detective will not return his call. Detective Paige is out of line with being a public
servant. He wants to pick up his things because they belong to him. It is unfortunate he has to
make a complaint because he does have anything against APD. The complainant requested his
complaint be sent to an APD supervisor who will call him.

A police officer, APD 3491, pulled her over SO she complied and immediately stopped. He told
her he pulled her over because her plates were tinted and that it was illegal in the state of Texas.
He took her driver's license and then asked for her proof of insurance. She could not find her
proof of insurance, so she told him she needed to look at her e-mails because she pays for
everything online. The officer told her it would take twenty minutes to do that. She told him it
would not take that long. The officer would not wait. He gave her a ticket and was rude about it.
He told her that she could go to court and provide proof if she finds it. She noticed that there was
a database where the information could have been found but the officer did not do that. She
provided her proof of insurance to the Municipal Court. The complainant requested her
complaint be sent to an APD supervisor who will call her.

"I met with my client wherein he detailed a motor vehicle accident involving at least four vehicles
with moderate damage requiring tow. Damages were in excess of $1,000 and he required medical
attention. My client provided his insurance information but was not given the information for the
other parties. He was told a report (Report number: 2300340328) would follow. A report has not
been generated. I called the APD number several times, as well as requested to be transferred to
the highway enforcement command line. I left voice messages for Officer David Jauregui (APD
9632) and no one called me back. I have no idea if citations were disbursed because I have no
information on the other parties. I requested the CAD Sheet and all of the identifying information

I was walking into the 460th criminal court, officer was one of the officers manning the security
booth at the entrance. When I was entering, he was immediately hostile towards me, slammed my
$2,000 laptop into the bin potentially damaging the internals, and then made a point to not give
me my things back immediately, but place them on the far opposite side of where I was standing
even though I gestured to him that that belonging belonged to me. As a minority I often see this
behavior from people who have racial prejudice against me. I am a legal intern at the DA's office
this summer and I go through this security check point daily, and I have never had this experience
with any other officer. I am filing this complaint just so that other people's valuables are not
damaged or stolen while entering and appearing for court, and to file on record of potential
hostile behaviors this officer may exhibit towards people who he deems he does not like on first
impression which may be a danger to the community.

The complainant alleges:
He was involved in a motor vehicle accident. His car was rear-ended by the vehicle behind him.
The young lady who was driving cut through the intersection ignoring the stop sign and tried to
pass the complainant on the right side. She hit his car on the passenger side, swerved around, hit
his car again but on the left side, and then tried to leave the scene. He was able to get her to stop
and he then called the police. Officer Jewell Corey/Badge AP6970 responded. Officer Corey
agreed the young lady appeared to be under the influence and said he was going to do a sobriety
test. The complaint tried to explain what happened, but the officer just blew him off and seemed
more concerned about the young lady driver. The officer went over to the young lady driver and
came back with a sheet of paper with her name and insurance company on it and told the
complainant he could go. The complainant questioned if there was a case number and Officer
Corey told him he did not think there was going to be one. As the complainant was leaving, he
thought it was weird that the officer went back over to the young lady, and they hugged. When
the complainant tried to contact the young lady's insurance company, he found out the officer had
given him the wrong information. Luckily, he took photos of the incident, and his insurance
company was able to find her insurance company. When the complainant contacted APD about
the accident report, he was told there was no report, however last week a report surfaced (report
#23-0530989) but the report does not say anything about a sobriety test and the information
was everything the young lady driver said which was not true at all. The complainant was hit
from behind and the officer is calling the accident some kind of road rage. The complainant
alleges it seems the officer knew the young lady that was driving and is siding with her. The
complainant feels he has cause for concern. The complainant requested to come in and file a
formal complaint and affidavit.

06/13/2023 Complainant is a Spanish speaker. Complainant alleges that he was involved in an
accident between his motorcycle and a truck. Complainant alleges that the APD officer Dixon AP#
9393 assured him that the driver of the truck had insurance. Complainant reports he was in the
EMS ambulance and was transported to the hospital where he had a pin put into his shoulder and
also had injury to his hands including lost/damaged fingers. Complainant would like to speak to a
supervisor because when he contacted the other driver's insurance company he was advised
there was no valid insurance.

look bad. The officer refused to give the report number. His manager took his medical records
from him and called APD. The complainant did put on a scene and was yelling outside because he
wanted his personal information back. The police officer talked to the manager but refused to
talk to him. He asked the officer to get his medical paperwork from his manager, but the officer
did not, now everyone knows his medical issues and they are calling him crazy. He wants the
body camera footage so he can know what the officer and his manager discussed. If any of his

A car going about 60mph ran through his fence and gate. The person driving was there for a

He wants an explanation why it took APD a half hour to respond to an urgent call. His wife could
have died because there was a shooting. APD did not have a sense of urgency. He understands
some of the PD officers do not live in Austin or Travis County, so they don't care because it is not
them or their families, but APD does get paid by Austin. It is ridiculous. Imagine your house gets
shot up twenty times and the police did not even respond to a call. The complainant does not
trust APD investing themselves because they a notorious for covering their scandals and
corruption. The complainant hopes APD comes up with a good story to cover their butts because

The complainant alleges:
Her boyfriend went outside to get her kids ice cream. He does have a warrant and APD was right
to arrest him. But what followed was a false report with falsified statements. The report stated
her boyfriend dropped narcotics on the ground and she picked them up from the ground and left.
APD stated really crazy things in the report with her name included. Based on what was said in
the report, which was all false, APD put three new charges on her boyfriend. She has a video
recording of the entire incident. There were children and adults outside videoing the entire
incident because APD tackled her boyfriend to the ground. She has proof of what occurred and
there are also body cameras that show clearly there were no narcotics involved. The reason she is
filing the complaint is that her boyfriend only gave her a $5 bill for her kid's ice cream. The case

The complainant alleges:
The area was fairly busy. I had just finished my business at a store on the first floor. I asked about
a restroom and was directed to a public restroom on the second floor. When a stepped into the
elevator, a man followed me and made awkward conversation. I have never seen this man in my
life. He asked what was on the second floor and i informed him that I was unaware of anything
but the restroom. He stayed in the elevator and after looking to see where he went, I headed
down a different hallway. I heard him go into the restroom to search for me. He then came down
the hallway, spoke to me briefly as I tried frantically to get let in an office. Once he was gone, I
stepped into the stairwell and ran up to the third floor were I was finally allowed access to an
office to hide from the man following me. The cops were called, the man continued to look for me
and even threatened people who he suspected knew where I was. I was escorted to my car by an
employee from to different shops while the man continued to look for me. By the time the police
showed up, the man was gone. Again, I've never met the man and had a gone into that restroom, I
easily could've been a victim.
The police officer called me and informed me that because the man was gone, they couldn't do
anything. As frustrating as it is, I understand. BUT, I had just gone through something incredibly
traumatic and I don't think it's too much to ask for some empathy from the police officer. He was
brisk and to the point and seemed irritated that he was asked to call me for an update. This
behavior is disgusting. Serving your community includes empathy.

The complainant alleges:
My wife and I came to Walmart earlier today to return a bike. Upon entering the door the greeter
employee started to say loudly the bike has to be left outside. Obviously taking off guard my wife
said calmly it's a return. The greeter said again the bike has to stay outside. My wife said louder
it's a return. The police officer was standing near the greeter the entire interaction. The officer
decided to walk towards us. At this time we see are still standing near the cart area of the
Walmart entrance. The officer walks up to me and says the bike can't come in the store and my
wife and I both say once again it's a return. He then proceeds to ask me where is the receipt. I
asked him what does me showing a receipt have to do with me bringing the bike in for a return.
He say's aggressively in a manner meant to be intimidating "because I want to see it". I replied it's
a return and my wife and I walked to customer service. Why would he ask for a receipt after we
told him that it was a return. There was no reason for that. We were entering the store not exiting
with the bike also he is not a Walmart employee. It seemed like he wanted to make the situation
escalate into something much more. He seemed hot headed and bad at communicating and de-
escalation.

The complainant alleges:
I called the police department because my roommate had locked me out by temporarily disabling
the keypad on the front door. My garage door opener does not work anymore. The police officers
that came were pretty dismissive and complained in front of me, but under their breath about
having to write up the event. They didn't seem to understand that it was a need to protect myself.
They claimed that it wasn't a verbal disturbance even though my roommate was yelling and
cursing. One of them even said that he didn't understand or was confused about why I would call
a family member due to the situation. I appreciate police officers and what they do. I do not
understand why they were SO dismissive. I would never want to waste their time.

on her case in over a year. The person that was involved has now moved out of the state. When

She was away from her apartment most of the day. She received a call that the APD SWAT team
was at her apartment. They had robots and kicked her door open even though the door was
unlocked, and the people inside came outside. APD tore up her daughter's room, her room, the
living room, and the kitchen. Basically, they tore up everything in her apartment for no reason.
She saw the warrant and it did not include her name or the names of the people in her apartment.
The warrant only stated that the apartment manager provided information that a suspect with no
description was believed to be in her apartment. After they tore up her apartment, they released
the people that they handcuffed. They tore up her apartment for no reason because of false
accusations reported by her apartment manager. The complainant requested her complaint be
sent to APD and a call from an APD supervisor.

I have visited the Police Head Quarters yesterday 06/07/2023 and came across couple of issues
that were very disturbing. My visit was supposed to energize me instead I lost the enthusiasm,
there is no need for a Police office to be a marketing agent, sales and security doesn't go hand in
hand. A sales person focuses on selling the product, there are many instances where the sales
person doesn't even use the product but sells them, Security is not a product, Police officer is
there to safe guard, they provide their valuable services to protect us there is no way he can sell
the security, not only him no one sells security. You can provide the service, and any service is
priceless. I don't want to see my kids growing up in an atmosphere where service is a product, if I
have taken my daughter for a visit to police department, I don't have an answer, kindly remove
that instead try using Report incidents / cases/ Services /. I hope my request will be addressed.

Since January 1, 2023, resident has submitted 118 APD - Non Emergency Noise/Alarm service
requests regarding noise from refuge trucks behind Goodwill at 2900 W. Anderson Lane. The
truck dumps 2-5 times a night or early morning. The resident's balcony is behind the Goodwill
and the noise wakes her up. Resident has contacted Municipal Court, City Council, APD District
Representatives, Code Compliance, the shopping center management, and 311 supervisors. All
parties state there is nothing they do. Resident cannot call the truck company because the trucks
do not have a name or logo on them. Resident states her sleep is being disrupted; she goes many
nights without sleep that it is affecting her mental health, and she is sure it disturbs other senior
citizens in the area. Resident was told to continue calling 311 to have her complaints recorded by
the police, but the police cannot regulate the times of when the garbage is picked up. Resident

I'm writing to tell y'all about the issues that arose one 6/7 with the wreck and your officers
accusations. They are trying to say I was abusing inhalants, maybe drunk, and reckless driving.
The things that they failed to mention however was that they gave me a few bs eye exams where
they didn't get close enough to see me, and then when they did they kept moving they pen/light
out of my sight line with my swollen eyes and joking that I couldn't see the pen so I must be
inebriated, and not the fact that my left eye was swollen darn near shut and my right
eye/eyebrow is partially paralyzed. At the scene of the wreck I awoke in a panic which is very
common after someone becomes

confusion/ daze 0 grabbed an empty box of strawberries and cream whip cream flavoring, asked
my friend who's car it was and she responded that it was the box of the whip cream flavoring

exactly what it was and that I really had no idea or much memory of putting it there and thought
it was back in the car. Then at the hospital 4 or 5 officers kicked my parents out of the room I was
in and started to Harras me and say I was going to jail and should feel Shitty because I could have
hit another person. And then seemed to get an even worse attitude towards me when I gave them

card with my DL, they never questioned my friend whose car it was,
she was the one who had drinks at lunch and tried to tell them that, and that's the reason I was
driving her car. She also tried to tell the cops box of flavoring was hers, I was just in a
panicked/flustered state soon waking up and that they weren't helping it. They ingnored her
though and continued to accuse me of drinking/ asking me what my drug of choice was and
getting more upset when I looked at them "stupid" because I didn't understand their questions
and when I told them about my prescriptions and that's all I take so there's no interference
between my body, they told me to my face that I was lying to them even after my mom told them
the same stuff. They walked to what they thought was out of earshot and said that" oh he's got
that dumb bitch fooled real good haha" -about my mom. And that

which is the apartments behind the AMC movie theater at I-35
and Parmer. APD has set up 3 machines in the parking lots there that blast announcements about
trespassing that I can hear from inside my apartment, 1000 ft away. I pay a lot of rent to live here
and I would really appreciate if APD could please remove or move the machines, or at the very
least turn down the volume. I can hear the announcements 24/7, all hours of the day and night.
The loudspeaker goes off more than 20 times a day. Right now I am trying to relax in the bath and
I can still hear it. It's extremely disturbing and unpleasant and unfair to the hundreds of residents
that live here and have to listen to it all day long. I've filed a complaint through 311 only to have it
closed and no one contact me and no effort to try and respect my personal living space. It's pretty
crazy that APD insists on violating the noise ordinance and ignoring my requests to please
comply with the law. I shouldn't have to hear an announcement about trespassing when I'm in my
own apartment and not doing anything wrong. I am being more effected than anyone walking by.
Please lower the decibels to comply with the law.

extended family within politics. At times those family members were representing me in life or

politically. People who wanted access to use MY PRIVATE assets, body, life, soul, work for
themselves would impersonate me with the desire to have me destroyed. I was stalked at
workplaces, sometimes attacked in workplaces, attacked by strangers and there was a true desire
to have my life destroyed. People would impersonate themselves to get close to my child, befriend
my child and these same people had previously stalked me in other places of work or earlier in
life always with an agenda of stealing or impersonating me to steal private opportunity and
allocate them illegally to government or otherwise for fringe benefits or personal benefits
perhaps. Contracts were repeatedly made to defraud me out of my humanity eventually with the
desire to kidnap even having me sexually assaulted and humiliated in childbirth while allowing
others to WITHOUT CONSENT witness this humiliation and repeatedly try to have me humiliated
in a romantic capacity or dehumanize or ruin my intimate life. When president Obama took office
at that time my intimate life was destroyed and I was told at gynecologists when I expressed
harm or pain I was denied care and told to simply begin offering my husband anal sex which I do
not do rather than given care, I was humiliated again and again in gynecology and eventually
punished for expressing any desire to have human rights. The women trying to overtly push back
on sexual freedoms for women or gays were getting my life destroyed and if it didn't effect them
or they benefitted financially or politically they didn't care the amount of harm my child and I
were suffering from these things. I tried to be a good sport but was blindsided by the scale of the

"I was driving North on South 1st, and I was pulled over for speeding (37) mpg when in fact the
posted speed is (35). I saw his lights and pulled into the parking area behind a chicken eating
place off South 1st.
The officer stated they are pulling people over for speeding; however, they are not giving out
tickets, just telling folks to slow down. I ask how fast I was driving, and he stated don't worry
about it.
He requested my driving license and checked for warrants on this handheld machine. He asked
me several questions about my truck start and gave me my license back and said have a good day,
walked and got back into his SUV.
I got out of my vehicle to request a name or badge number; he pulled off and drove north on
South 1st Street. There were two vehicles in front of me, one behind and one in the right lane,
however, I was the only one of color. This is his private speed trap and I believe he is profiling
because he only target me, I fear he's only looking for people of color, why? Plese find the officer
and make him stop this practice. I'm sure you're able to find out which officer input my DL in the
system on that day and time. This officer must be new or from a different state bc Austin have the

I live in South-West Austin. This morning I walked out to my car and saw the
my front drivers window had been smashed in. Luckily nothing was stolen because I don't keep
much in my car. Well I call 911 for obvious reasons because that is who i'm supposed to trust and
rely on in these situations; Who is supposed to investigate and help a law abiding citizen with a
crime. Not only was I placed on hold, I was then told that police will not do anything about the
crime and I couldn't even have an officer come and look at the crime scene. I heard the offenders
last night in the parking garage across from my apartment, I found the fire hydrant they used to
smash not only mine but multiple cars around the apartment building. The parking garage has
cameras but since an officer will not even bat an eye to this crime committed against me I have no
way of seeing the footage. This is completely unacceptable and upsetting. I will be looking into
legality of this. I understand the police is understaffed currently and I empathize with the police,

On Friday June 16, 2023 around 8pm, , I was riding my bike through the neighborhood by vargas
and vasquez st. I was pulled over by an officer and his partner. The white officer illegally
detained me and started to search me telling me I was being detained for not using my hand

arrested he said first he would run my name. The Mexican cop ran my name and I was let go due
to no warrants. I feel like these two officers are harassing me because this is not the first incident

these same officers and I feel like my rights are being violated. It is illegal detention and not to
mention illegal search and seizure which is against my constitutional rights. They are abusing

on Twitter is in full uniform branding his weapons and state uniform items and

Showing erect penis images, masturbating in police vehicles and uniforms with comments like

There are no details of his ID or where he is based but he states he is 29 years of age and that he
is married to a US Army Soldier (hopefully that narrows it a bit for you)
This is not acceptable behaviour from someone in a high rank position of power and also for
someone who knows things like this are unacceptable behaviour.

6/18/23 I feel I was discriminated because of my gender of being a woman and having a
disability. I had to ensure my survival and was using self defense on someone who chose to be
disrespectful by not listening and escalating a situation's problems at a Walmart at 1030
Norwood Park Blvd in Austin, TX. He had falsely accused me of stealing and this escalated a
problem. Why call yourself a cop if all you are going to do is be non-peaceful? He is not welcome
to my resources to intimdate. Also, I do not appreciate any nasty cop forcing himself into me with

She was picking up her children from the babysitter and was on her way home when APD car
#9417 passed her as she turned into her apartment complex. The officer slowed down and made
a U-turn and came behind her with no flashing lights. There were headlights following her, so she
pulled over, turned on her hazard lights, and started to get out of her vehicle. The officer pulled
up beside her and did a quick look and burned off. She was very terrified. The officer did not
stop to say anything, he just looked and drove off. She had children in the car that were crying and
afraid. This is not the first time this has happened to her. She feels cars in the area are being
profiled. There is nothing on her car that looks "hood". The complainant wants APD to be aware
of the complaint but does not want APD to make any contact with her.

APD car number 6054, license plate 1330429 was driving recklessly on 38th Street, eastbound.
The APD car cut off several vehicles, ran a red light, and tailgated two different cars with no
emergency lights or sirens on as he turned into the neighborhood off of Griffith. As another
driver, the complainant was very concerned. If another driver was driving that way, she would
also call it in. The complainant stated we can do better. The complainant requested her complaint

He was asleep, lying across the seat in his vehicle with the car engine on and the door slightly
open. He has been sleeping in his car for nine years with no problems. The police came over to
him and told him he needed to take a DUI test because he was in the vehicle with the engine on.
He was told if he did not take the test he would go to jail. Previously the complainant was told by
Sergeant McCormick with IA that if he was not in the driver's seat APD did not have the right to
mess with him. APD made him take a sobriety test and he passed it. The complainant was
recording the incident when one of the officers told him he would set his phone up on the vehicle
so he could continue recording but the officer turned the phone off. The complainant feels this
was a violation of his civil rights. He filed a report with Internal Affairs against an officer a little
while back and all of a sudden, he started getting harassed by the police. Two days prior police
were parked across the street looking at him. It seemed weird because he has never seen them in
the area. The complainant has been traumatized by police officers in the past and when he does
see an officer he does not know how to react. They illegally detained him. The complainant
requested to come in and file a formal complaint and affidavit.

The complainant alleges:
She use to work at a nursing home on Riverside Drive. There was a black patient who had not
taken her meds for two months and had not eaten or slept for five days. Nursing home employees
surrounded the patient and called the regular police instead of calling mental officers. The patient
was terrified. The patient could not walk and was in a wheelchair and was completely nude. One
of the residents pressed charges against the patient because she hit her, and the police allowed it
even though the patient was mentally ill. One of the police officers grabbed the resident's arm
and the other officer grabbed her feet. The officers dragged her all the way to the van and threw
her in the vehicle. The patient was terrified. It was wrong for the officers to treat the patient the
way they did. The complainant requested her complaint be sent to an APD supervisor for a
callback.

I was on the right turning lane on east bound MLK at Red River stopped at the red light. When the
light changed, a truck on the lane next to me, took off and swerved into my lane, hitting my driver
mirror. Although I honked, he proceed into my lane and hit my fender. Since I was in the turning
lane, I turned into Red River hoping the truck that hit me would also turn or try and make a turn
to come back but it took off. I could see a patrol car at the intersection blocking the left turn
entrance to Red River. I pulled into a parking lot. I walked toward the police officer, picking up my
piece of broken mirror at the intersection and asked the officer for his name and information for
possible witness. He gave me the name of the form to file the report. I asked him for his
information (he was sitting in his cruiser and I was at his driver's side). I could not see his full
name and he did not provide it, saying that he didn't witness the accident I proceeded to tell him
that he could at least witness that it was a hit and run as he clearly heard the honk and screeching
noise of impact, saw me pull over and could clearly see there was no other driver there. He
declined to give me his information 2-3 times. This was insult on top of injury. It feels as there is
no law and order by irresponsible citizens and no one to enforce any law and order with the
officer's attitude. What is going to stop non law abiding citizens from committing any crime and
injury when they know they can get away with it even in front of police officers? Did officer's oath
to serve and protect change?
