Complaint:
The complainant alleges:
From an email titled Wrongfully arrested":
I am a victim of domestic abuse who has been forced into unemployment and homelessness
because of malfeasance by Austin police officer Christopher Yager who fraudulently requested a
DNA search warrant to arrest me without probable cause to charge me with any crime.
On April 9, 2023, I called 911, and
was arrested for assault family violence based
on visible physical injury and property damage.
To defend herself from the misdemeanor charge, Lisa committed perjury in Tarrant and Travis
counties, accusing me of raping her prior to and during our short marriage.
Officer Yager"s improperly obtained warrant was issued and executed in May of 2024, falsely
claiming I committed sexual assault more than a year earlier and holding me to answer for a
felony without indictment nor probable cause.
As an actual and proximal result of being treated as guilty until proven innocent of a violent
felony, I have been repeatedly denied any and all employment, extorted thousands of dollars in
bail, and I have been unable to secure stable housing, primarily sleeping in my car since the
expiration of my lease in July of 2024.
The DNA search warrant purported falsely to have been issued by the Austin Municipal Court in
Williamson County, where I then resided, but in-reality the Austin Municipal Court is in Travis
County.
I was not arrested within the jurisdiction of Austin nor in Travis County, and Texas Code of
Criminal Procedure Article 18.065 expressly deprives municipal magistrates of statewide
authority.
Officer Yager knew the warrant was void ab inicio and has nevertheless maliciously defamed and
impoverished me.

The complainant alleges:
On Tuesday, February 02, 2025 at approximately 0715 southbound on Hwy 183. I observed the
following.
While in the far left passing lane, in the process of passing about 5 vehicles in the center lane and
while going the posted speed limit of 75mph. An Austin Police Officer on a motor bike came up
and approached our vehicle extremely close to the drivers side rear corner of the vehicle. I could
not see said officer in the review mirror, but could see the officer in the side mirror. The officer
did not have any lights or siren on to alert of an emergency. Suddenly the officer flashed his
emergency lights on the motor bike. This alerted me to the officer in an official capacity. However
as we where in the process of passing other vehicles I had no place to go pull over and out of the
officer's line of travel. I was able to merge with traffic thinking that we where being pulled over.
However as soon as I merged into the center lane and out of the left passing lane. The officer
proceeded to shut of the emergency lights and proceeded to pass our vehicle and the other
vehicles that where in the group. The officer did not keep his warning lights on but proceeded to
accelerate at an even speed for the next 5 miles traveling in the passing lane without lights or
merging back into the center driving lane. As we proceeded down Hwy 183 I observed the officer
stay in the left lane all the way to Hwy 71 and proceed East bound toward the Airport on Hwy 71

Someone called APD and said there was an elderly lady laying out on the floor of the
complainant's house. An officer showed up and opened the unlocked door, and just walked in. She
didn't know they were there until she saw them walk in the kitchen.
The officer explained that someone called to report an elderly person laying on the floor. She told
them there wasn't anyone on the floor.
She thinks it was because she shut the door on the officer because they detained her and then
arrested for resisting arrest.
When he arrested her, he threw her on the ground and punched her in the ribs. The complainant
states he had no reason to arrest her in the first place. Officer badge number AP9611

Complaint:
On feb 1,2025 several of your officers illegally violate the 4th amendment and boxed us in our
vehicle with deadly force. Even complying with your officers wasn"t sufficient as they
demanded i walk backwards faster in stiletto heels or he would release his dog on me. WE
asked the officers of what we were suspected of they did not suspect us of anything but rather
accused us of stealing a vehicle. They threatened to shoot and kill my disabled friend who could
not walk. once the officers realized they obtained the wrong license plate they immediately left
the scene with us standing in the street believing we were gonna die.
Even if we were in a stolen vehicle is assuming someone is in stolen vehicle rather than pulling
someone over and questionsing or is this how you train your officers to use deadly force
without questioning? IS taking the lives of 3 INNOCENT people necessary on suspected stolen
vehicle?
Where is the police report? I need the police report and the body Cam video of ALL several
officers involved in the incident please.

The complainant alleges:
On 02/06/2025 at 2220 (10:20 pm) was pulled over by Officer Adame badge #9404 & Gracia
badge #9750 location 1500 E Parmer, one minute from my job site. The officers explained the
reason for me being pulled over was due to lack of visual of my license plate. I explained &
pointed physically to the temporary license plate in the front of the window. Then explained how
I'm on my way to work and that this traffic stop was indeed causing tardiness. The officer's asked
for the temporary plate, which I handed to them as well as my drivers license for verification.
They walked off with these items before returning with only the temporary plates. I again
expressing my concern about being late. They then walked off & return with my drivers & by this
time, I'd contact my supervisor on duty. At this point I requested a Sargent be contacted. Both
officer's questioned my reason & hesitated until I informed them that I was entitled to speak with
their sergeant. Finally, they contact the sergeant, then requested my drivers license again &
verbally informed me that I was being given a citation for not having a license plate. They walked
off with my drivers license for a long time & the sergeant finally appears at my drivers window. I
express my concerns and explained how all of this is causing tardiness for work. The sergeant
listen then walks off just to come back shortly stating that their equipment was having trouble
and that's the reason why I'm being held up. Then I express that the situation is simply not my
fault and all of this causing me to be late for work. I express how this situation effects my family
income and that I do have all my requirements for the vehicle. He reassuring that he's going to
check with the other officers then walks away. After waiting awhile both officers approached the
Driver's side window with the citation and return my driver license. After they explained the
policy for the citation I was finally able to go to work. My shift started at 2230 and I didn't get to
work until 2247. Then written on the citation is a violation of not having a license plate. I had
already explained to the officers prior to the citation that my plate fell off somewhere as I'd
recently purchased the vehicle. My windows are indeed tint in the rear of my vehicle and
therefore my temporary license can be visible on the front right hand window. This entire
situation made an impact to my reputation at work, caused emotional stress and effects my
family income.

In 2023 I was assigned to dectective Juan Monta to investigate a domestic crime between myself
and my daughter's father
Detective Monta was uninterested in the facts
.
of my case. He did not conduct a thorough investigation. I gave dectective Monta names of he
individuals involved and he never followed up. Monta did not stay in contact with me in this very
dangerous situation about my case. I would have to call several times or go to his office to try an
give more evidence and to speak with him if I could get in contact with him. It was very hard to
reach him and for him to believe the situation even with evidence. Dectective Monta made me feel
like I had no protection from the justice system and that I was going to have to deal with this
abuse alone with no ?elp from police. Monta closed my case without a full on investigation. I have
moved several times til today trying to get away from my abusive ex. He did not want to hear nor
investigation properly my case. After my case was closed I started to get targeted by police.
Everywhere I went police would follow me and park wherever I went. I have pictures and video
footage of these interactions.

Hi my name is
I'm reaching out with a complaint, regarding police officers who were
harassing me and my fellow car enthusiasts at the CVS on far west blvd the night of Feb. 8th. We
were simply parked, not making any noise or causing disturbance. We were asked to leave in a
very unprofessional way, without any reason. I've been harassed more times than I can count and
I'm starting to get fed up with it. We come out here to give people a relief and stress free
environment to share like minded interest after a long week of work and constantly receive
disrespect and un-needed commentary from yalls officers. I simply ask that yall educate your
officers to be respectful and stop assuming everyone who hosts a car meet/show is hosting a
takeover. I've been nothing but respectful with these tyrants I don't need to hear "get the F out of
here" or "I will Fing arrest you". It's very sad to see my tax paying dollars going towards that.

I was driving southbound on Menchaca toward William Cannon in the right lane when an
unmarked, navy blue police interceptor SUV nearly rear-ended a vehicle in the lane next to me
while we all waited for the light at Jones to turn green. The officer then sped ahead of my vehicle
and changed lanes abruptly in front of me without signaling, forcing me to slow down. This would
have been right in front of the Menchaca public library. The office then proceeded to speed
through a flashing school zone at Crockett High through the William Cannon intersection heading
south. This occurred at 1:13-1:14pm. They were likely going 35mph through the entire school
zone. No emergency lights were visible.
Plate: HMH1687
Vehicle: Navy Blue Explorer style SUV Police Interceptor
I believe the officer to be a distracted and dangerous driver at the time of this incident. I live not
far from here, my kids go to school along this road, and this is unacceptable behavior. As soon as I
got home I filed this report.

When I called on Sept. 11, the police showed up to the scene but never followed up with the
suspect the police officer identified the first time (Sept. 3rd) even though they knew his contact
information/address and could have questioned him. both sept 11th and 15th were glossed over
when they could have tried to contact the neighbor since they knew the address on file. This was
terrifying for me because I lived alone when I awoke during the night.
PLEASE have police contact suspect at some point since they already had his contact info to
question him since it was such a serious allegation. If a person makes a serious allegation they
should follow up with the suspect identified previously. This is a procedural compliant because
this problem could be easily improved for the next time this happens to another person :)

To whom it may concern regarding case no.
& citation no. E18527516;
I am writing to formally address a serious error that occurred during the handling of a theft case
involving
, which has led to an erroneous charge being placed against me. The
events unfolded as follows:
On January 2nd, 2025,
entered
, located at
=
where I work, and stole $50 from our tip jar. Two police officers, who were in the vicinity,
detained and arrested him. A few days later, I received a letter notifying me of a court date. I
assumed my presence was required as a witness to the theft and, in good faith, attended the
Downtown Austin Community Court. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that I had
been mistakenly listed as the suspect in the case, as well as the complainant and witness.
Upon standing before the judge, I was informed about the options for my charge, which left me
feeling confused and distressed. After speaking with Prosecutor Lichtenberger, I was provided
with a citation that listed me as both the complainant and the suspect in the case. Thankfully,
with the prosecutor's assistance, Judge Michael Coffey dismissed the case. However, the
erroneous ticket still remains on my record, which I am deeply concerned about.
I was advised that I could pursue expungement, though there is a fee associated with this process.
While I fully intend to have the mistake corrected, I believe it is unjust that I should bear any costs
related to clearing my name when I did nothing wrong. I filed the charges in good faith, as I felt
encouraged to do so by the officers involved in the case, who assured me that
had a
history of theft and would likely continue if not held accountable.
The impact of this situation has caused significant emotional distress, and I feel that the
individuals responsible for the oversight should be held accountable. As such, I request the
following actions be taken:
1. Immediate removal of the erroneous ticket and any related charges from my record.
2. A formal apology for the emotional distress and mental anguish caused by this incident.
The City of Austin is committed to compliance with the American Disabilities Act.
Reasonable modifications and equal access to communications will be provided upon request.

3. Assurance that those involved in my case are made aware of their mistake to prevent future
errors.
4. A clarification on the steps being taken to ensure that such an oversight does not happen again
to another individual.
This situation should never have occurred, and I trust that appropriate action will be taken to
rectify the damage caused. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
Sincerely,

Case #25-370823
I called in on February 6 to report a theft and spoke to an officer that day. It has now been a full
week and I haven't heard anything. No detective has been assigned to my case. I was very clear
that the person who committed this theft is living in my apartment complex. Among items taken
was a firearm.
I have called 311 multiple times to update my case information and to ask what's going on. I do
not feel safe in my home. I see the woman who stole from me and her boyfriend (who is a known
gang member) driving past my door on a daily basis, and one of their windows directly overlooks
the area where I have to walk my dog.
I am desperate to see some action taken on my case.

A young woman who has been a friend of his family was involved in an incident and arrested for
presumably assaulting a police officer or a judge. She was having a mental health crisis,
emergency/breakdown. The police showed up and arrested her, didn't follow policy took her to
the hospital. The hospital didn't do anything for her or provide a medical exam. The police officer
told them she had taken drugs, but she did not. The officer said she kicked him and knocked him
to the ground, even though she has injuries is physically unable to do so. Now she can't get a job
because this shows up on her record and it's all because this police officer didn't follow policy
and lied about what happened on the report.

On December 31, 2024, my son
rear ended a car on I35 in my husbands truck. He called
me immediately and I jumped in the car and headed that way from Killeen, TX. I told
that
we had AAA free towing and he said the officers said that would take too long and they called the
next wrecker on your rotation list which happened to be DENVER'S TOWING. I had to pay 373.00
to get it out of the impound plus another 100.00 for the impound to put out on the street so my
AAA could come and get it to take it to a repair shop. Many things are wrong with that decision to
call DENVER'S. We will start with the fact that the driver who showed up from DENVERS had an
expired operator's license on that night. The owner of DENVERS had an expired operator's
license that night. The owner of the storage facility EZ TOW & AUTOMOTIVE had an expired
license that night. Since I have confronted them about the licenses they have all been renewed but
someone needs to remove them from your rotation list. Also there are 6 open investigations on
them per TDLR. Second is the fact that your city ordinance says the officer shall ask the driver to
designate a towing company, relay that to dispatch and then help the driver contact the
designated towing company. That never happened and it costs me 473.00. Also if the vehicle
needed to be moved for the safety of traffic, it should be moved to the nearest safe location, not all
the way to EZ TOW & automotive where they drug the truck to the street by the rear with a
disabled front wheel, EZ tow says the truck was already damaged from the wreck and yes it was
but that does not give them the right to damage it more. I would like to know why I was not
allowed to exercise my free towing I pay for and had to pay 473.00 to get my vehicle. I would like
my money back and DENVER'S EXCLUDED from your rotation list as well as EZ TOW &
automotive. OFFICERS ON THE CAD REPORT --AP9616 JESSICA DELACRUZ, I EMAILED HER
TWICE AND NO RESPONSE, AP9737 KEVIN BASTOW, AP8791 SERRATO LUIS, AP10178
MIODRAG GAJOVIC. I also have dated printouts with the licenses expired for all of the towing
people. I did request a tow hearing but they said that there was probable cause because APD
requested it.

https://www.youtube.com/live/NCOkfyar_00?feature=shared&t=3424
While we were out filming police interactions as Press on Saturday night/Sunday morning we
saw a man that we know, a Deaf Austin man who is unsheltered and often abused by people and
APD due to his being unable to communicate effectively with them. He had been assaulted by APD
agents acting under color of law, assaulted, not sure what other use of force was used (taser,
kicks, strikes, nerve strikes and joint locks, OC spray, baton, etc. were used on him. The BWC and
HALO will show that.
But he seems to be arrested with another pedestrian, a lady, and both were assaulted to the
ground for walking it appeared.
What officers did to them is felony assault with bodily =injury. And was not the least amount of
force that they could have used. Is this how we want APD to be seen attacking Women and Deaf
People in Austin? Is this the best that APD can do? If it is, we don't need APD at all. Ya'll need to
charge these officers and retrain all of APD.
We have seen this abuse of the poor, of the unsheltered, of Women and the Deaf community for
too long. It is documented in videos and news reports for years now, over a decade long story of
police abuse and police crimes. Where is the Justice? I will also be releasing this story to the
Public and to other agencies to hold OPO and APD fully accountable and transparent tot eh Public.

Complaint:
The complainant alleges:
That she attempted to file a harassment complaint with the Austin Police Department but was
met with dismissiveness from Detective Spees #7992. She states that the detective was rude,
patronizing and repeatedly interrupted her, refusing to let her fully explain her concerns. The
complainant feels that his behavior was unprofessional and made it difficult for her to report her
claim. As a result, she believes that Detective Spees should be required to undergo sensitivity
training. This communication with Detective Spees took place over the phone.

Austin Police Officers Involved: Holmes

Complaint:
Complainant alleges that Officer Holmes called him this morning at 0920 and told him that within
30 minutes an arrest warrant would be issued; trying to get him all scared. Officer Holmes
allegedly also stated that if the complainant doesn't watch out, he will become a felon and have a
felony. The complainant asked what he was supposed to do about it. The complainant then went
to the police department where he was told by multiple police officers that Officer Holmes is not
a police officer and that the kind of contact the complainant is describing is irregular, and it was
probably a scam.
The complaint believes that this all stems from the police report he filed on his ex-girlfriend who
stole his motorcycle helmet, and he would just like his helmet back and wants to get to the
bottom of the calls.

is a huge defamation to my character and has put a lot of important things I need to get done on
hold because of it. The reason I am sending you this email now is because the fore a mentioned. I

The complainant alleges:
Since the beginning of 2025, there has been an APD helicopter circling the areas near Rundberg
and Lamar at all hours of the day and night. They fly extremely low and it gets loud enough to
rattle the windows of our house and terrify my young children, often waken them up with
nightmares. This needs to stop. There is no crime that warrants this amount of helicopter patrol,
especially at 3am. This has been an ongoing issue, but is currently happening at the time I list
below.
