my experience with the police I was very afraid I couldn't breathe as she continued to apply force
to my throat I was arrested Monday the 28th 2025as I got arrested when I made it to the
jailhouse downtown, I was restrained in a restraining chair in the garage once I exited the car I
was being restrained there was a police officer. I'm not sure who her name is. There was a couple
officers surrounding me, but she was choking me, and had her nails deep in my skin under my
throat which left bruises and marks, as I'm telling her that I cannot breathe and I am cooperating
with them if she can get her hands from under my throat, she told me her exact word were "I
don't give a fuck what you are talking about this is big girl jail" as I was telling her what harm and
pain she was causing me. She got closer to my ear and said oh "I don't give a fuck this is big jail I
don't care what you are talking about as I'm telling her I can't breathe." as she was holding my
throat They also put a head restraint cover on me, which I'm not sure why because I was not
spitting at them or anything mentally I am now afraid of the police because I thought they were
here to protect and serve. It seemed as if she was trying to take my life when I told her I couldn't
breathe and she continue to and she stated those harsh words to me. I am traumatized by the
experience with the police officer, and I cannot trust police officers now as I sleep now, I keep
having dreams of her choking me. It is very disturbing.
The officer who had arrested me, was there and witnessed everything go down he stood there
and watched as she was choking me, and as they were restraining me

The complainant alleges:
To Austin Police Chief & City Officials,
The Muslim community of Austin is not just mourning-we are enraged, we are traumatized, and
we refuse to be ignored. The blatant negligence and systemic failure surrounding the death of
-a beloved imam, a spiritual leader, and a man who spent 15 years serving
this city-was not an accident. It was an injustice. And we demand answers.
This Was Not an "Accident"-This Was a Crime of Negligence
On Sunday evening,
was struck and killed by a car. Yet for three excruciating
days, his family and community frantically searched for him, begging for help, calling hospitals,
filing reports-while APD knew he was dead and did nothing.
Let that sink in.
For 72 hours, his wife, his children, his students, and his congregation lived in agony while APD
withheld the truth. This was not just incompetence. This was cruelty. This was dehumanization.
This was a gross violation of the public trust.
Was Not "Unidentified"-He Was Deliberately Ignored
He was not a nameless body. He was a prominent leader-a man whose face, voice, and name
were known across Austin. So why was he treated like he didn't matter?
Ask yourself:
Would APD have left a white pastor's body unidentified for three days?
Would they have ignored frantic pleas from a grieving Christian family?
Or is this what happens when the victim is Muslim, Black, or Brown?
If APD Can Fail This Spectacularly with a Respected Leader, What Does That Mean for the Rest of
Us?
This is not just about one man. This is about every Muslim, every immigrant, every person of
color in Austin who now has to wonder:
If we go missing, will APD even look for us?
If we are killed, will our deaths be treated as insignificant?

If we demand justice, will we be silenced?
WE ARE NOT ASKING. WE ARE DEMANDING:
An immediate, independent, external investigation into APD's handling of this case-no more
internal reviews, no more cover-ups.
Full transparency-release all records, 911 calls, dispatch logs, and bodycam footage NOW.
A public apology from APD leadership-not just to
family, but to the entire
Muslim community.
Policy changes with Muslim community oversight to ensure this never happens again.
This Is a Turning Point
We will not accept thoughts and prayers. We will not tolerate vague promises. We will not be
gaslit into believing this was just a "mistake."
deserved dignity in life-and in death. His family deserves answers. Our
community deserves safety.
We Will Not Be Silent. We Will Not Be Forgotten. We Will Not Back Down.
The time for justice is NOW.

circumstances for welfare checks and domestic disturbance calls but that was never clearly
articulated by the officer before he forced his way across the threshold or after that I can see on

On 6/13/25 I was involved in a car accident. While on Hwy 71 going south I was hit by another
driver on the front Passenger side. She wanted to go towards the airport and hit my car because
she missed her exit. The accident caused passenger side bumper damage. Officer Kelly kept trying
to defend the fact that the driver is slightly deaf but like we told him that's not an excuse because
she not blind. We have video of her admitting fault and the point of him coming out was to do a
full report. Why would he ask what happened and not document it? After going through a lawyer
I'm just finding out that officer Kelly did not enter anything in the police report so they're unable
to determine who is at fault. The other driver is not providing a statement to their insurance
company so most likely I would have to pay to get my bumper fix instead of the other driver
insurance company.

Issue: This resident says that her car was burglarized at Mt Bonnell and she suggests that there
should be patrol offlicers assigned to the area to watch for criminal activity being committed
while visitors and people new to the Austin area are watching the sunset. With the amount of
crime being committed in the city, it would make more sense to use the resources to hire of ?licers
to patrol the area rather than spend the resources on people reviewing burglary cases, etc... and
investigating.

The complainant alleges:
On August 1, 2025 at 1626 hours I received a knock on my door. I was about to get into the
shower when I heard my door handle rattle. I went downstairs to find that the Austin Police
Department had been called on my apartment unit. I told the 2 officers (Bauzon #9738 and Cruz
#9744) and their ride a long that it was unacceptable that they tried to enter my apartment. The
police stated that they received a call about an altercation occurring at my address and I advised
them that nothing was happening in my apartment. Officer Bauzon then shoved his was into my
apartment unit. I advised him that he does not have my permission to enter into my apartment.
He then shoved me out of the way and threatened to put me in hand cuffs. I stated that he has no
lawful right to do so and he told me "yes I do." I stepped away from him as he had already put
hands on me and got physical and I was not scared for my life. He kept my front door open, had
both feet in my home, and would not leave. I advised him that I have dogs and that keeping my
door open is putting them and myself in danger and that I need them to leave. They refused for
several more minutes. Officer Cruz then tried to get me out of the apartment to "talk to him" and I
stated that I would not be moving from my apartment and that they still have NO permissions to
enter my apartment. I remained calm although the 3 men were trying to intimidate me and make
me feel unsafe in my own home so that I would not be harmed. Eventually, after seeing that there
was nothing going on in my apartment, they left. That incident number is 252131161.
Later in the evening, I requested that officers come back so that I could make a report about what
had happened earlier in the day. I called APD at 2020 hours with that request and Officer Cruz
showed back up to my apartment at 2210 hours. He stated that once Officer Bauzon had touched
the handle of my door that it was considered a breach of my apartment. He also admitted that
when they arrived they did not hear anything going on in my apartment and that there was no
reason to suspect anything bad was happening in my unit. He stated that is was also unlawful for
Officer Bauzon to enter into my unit without my explicit permission, and also that putting his
hands on me and shoving me out of his way so that he could come into my door was also illegal.
He stated that he would talk to his supervisors about Bauzon's behavior to have it corrected, but I
truly do not trust that will happen. Cruz stated that he would have handled the situation
differently if he took point, and my sister and I asked him why he did not step in if he saw that

Complaint:
Officer Jimenez #7611 fraudulently stole money listed under my name,
from the TX comptrollers office.
I filled out all of the needed paperwork for this comptroller claim while I was still employed by
APD and on light duty. I resided at the address of
in 2016 when I first
started this claim and used that address.
Jimenez went to the Comptroller site and illegally/fraudulently represented herself as me for
purposes of this claim. She had the address changed to
and requested the check be mailed there. There were a few years in between my initial
claim and the fraudulent one she filled out in 2022.
I only found out about this after receiving a notice from the Comptroller at my new address in
2022. I informed them of the deception and was advised that since the check was already cashed I
would have to wait 30 days and submit a separate request to try to have it reissued.
I demanded a copy of the check that was cashed be sent to me.
It is very clear that Vanessa Jimenez, #7611, forged my name on the back of the check and cashed
it to her USAA account.
I informed family court on Sept 14 2023, when I was finally allowed to go to trial, of the check and
all the fraud associated with it. Proceedings from that court date will show it being addressed
with a picture put on the screen of the fraudulent signature.
However, since it was family court, there were no criminal actions taken.
I don't understand how with this incident, coupled with 2 counts of COVID relief act Loan fraud
initiated completely by her, she is a police officer for the city.
My understanding was that Officer's have to swear to reports and documents which may take

they did not show at all when not illuminated. I followed the Ford into a parking lot where they
had pulled someone over. I circled a couple of times and the officer did have an APD uniform and
did not arrest the person they had pulled over. They went back out onto S. 1st Street and were
pulling over others - I had to go, but a friend who passed by that area a short time later confirmed
they were still in the area pulling people over.
A totally unmarked car seems shady for traffic stops - is this something APD has? - unmarked
cars? Why would they be using those for traffic stops? Super creepy and scary with all the illegal
ICE activity happening.

Hello, this is my 2nd time writing. For some reason I thought you guys would look at video and
listen to the audio before I needed to go one step higher to internal affairs. Instead I got a reply
back in 30 mins saying you guys investigated yourself and found no wrong doing. I was not in my
vehicle when I was arrested. Yet these 2 officers drove around the parking lot with my FOB
"searching" for my vehicle with no warrant. My vehicle was not even on the property. These 2
officers were aggressive with me while I was handcuffed for not committing a crime. I repeatedly,
repeatedly informed them that I have bad knees. I did not have my knee brace on. These 2 officers
never offered me a chance to leave the premises. These 2 officers went INSIDE my pockets
without my permission. These 2 officers misunderstood the 1st and 4th amendment and when I
stood my ground on the Constitution I was considered a problem. These 2 officers took my
property which I have not received back for a charge of Failure to ID a secondary charge.
Everything I am saying is on their body cam and patrol car vehicle, which has been requested. I
was then taken to county for processing where my rights and knees were further violated.
When the cops first arrived on the scene I was having a friendly conversation with the manager.
She was startled at first and let security know. While we were still talking the cops arrived to a
security guard waiting. I was still talking to the manager. The manager repeatedly told the cops
everything is fine, there is no need for this. They constantly dismissed her. They were on a
mission to arrest anyone they got a phone call about. I never saw a judge, there was never a case
number filed. I was kidnapped and locked up for 17 hours because a security guard somewhere
would not listen to his boss, and the neither would the cops. They arrested me for failure to ID,
locked me in handcuffs, did not care about my physical well being or condition with my knees.,
they went inside my pockets, they searched for my vehicle, they never identified themselves to
me verbally and failed to provide 3 forms of ID. I'm sure you do not care. but the Lackluster
Channel on Youtube will care, The Battousai Channel, Brown V. Texas, the News, the papers, the
Facebook, the Instagram the court of public opinion will care when the video gets released.
Because of the way I was physically handled by Austin PD and TSCO I had so much trouble
standing up straight without feeling pain. I finally had to go the ER where it turns out my knees
had terrible inflammation and arthritis. Am I made to be an enemy of the state because I want
justice? I believe one of these officers has already been on the Lackluster channel.

OF
The complainant alleges:
On August 1, 2025, I witnessed an alarming video of police officers mishandling and escalating a
consensual encounter interview. In the span of just three minutes, an Austin Police Department
employee violated numerous department guidelines as well as the fourth amendment rights of
the citizens residing at the address. I've attached the three-minute video to this report.
The officers failed to identify themselves, SO I will be referring to them as Officer 1 and Officer 2.
Officer 1 was the offending officer who interacted with the citizen, Officer 2 was complicit by
witnessing the offenses and failing to interfere as Officer 1 actively escalated the situation.
From the very beginning of APD's arrival to the residence, Officer 1 exhibits impatience and
insecurity, waiting only ten-seconds after the initial knock before testing the door handle as well
as standing adjacent to the door and actively avoiding the door's peep-hole.
Only fourteen seconds after the first and only knock on the door, the resident answered the door
and stepped outside, holding the door in a closed position while addressing the officers. Officer 1
stated that they had received a report of arguing coming from the address. Officer 1 did not
elaborate further on the report received and provided no indication that they had reports or
evidence of violence within the home.
The citizen was calm and polite throughout the interaction, and she very clearly denied consent
to enter the residence. However, Officer 1 proceeded to obstruct the apartment door and prevent
the citizen from leaving the consensual encounter interview. As there was no warrant provided,
nor audible or visual evidence suggesting someone was in imminent danger, Officer 1 clearly
made negative inferences based on the resident's refusal to cooperate to Officer 1's satisfaction in
the consensual encounter interview. Officer 1 stated multiple times that they did not need the
resident's consent to enter the dwelling despite Chapter 3, section 306.4 in the Austin Police
Department General Orders stating: "An exigency created by the officer's own conduct as an
excuse for a warrantless entry is not permitted." Officer 1's negative inferences should not excuse
his warrantless entry to the dwelling.
Officer 1 clearly violated articles 2, 3, 4, and 7 of the Austin Police Department General Orders as
well as failed to uphold the Philosophy, Values, Vision, and Mission of the Austin Police

At roughly 3:39/3:40pm on Friday, and officer in an APD vehicle used their alarm lights to pass
through a red light at the intersection of W Parmer Lane and either Tamayo Dr *or* Dallas Rd. I
later saw this officer patiently wait at a red light left turn lane on the intersection of W Parmer Ln

As somebody with strong familial ties to the military and law enforcement, I am particularly
unsettled when small misuses of authority are carried out, which is why I'm reporting such a
seemingly small infraction today. It is a singular small infraction with little significance on its
own, but it is likely this is not the first time this officer has done this. If something as
comparatively menial as traffic laws can be overridden improperly, what else might this officer
feel emboldened to compromise on?

To Chief Lisa Davis,
My name is
Saturday August 16th at noon there was an incident in the 9500 block of
Brodie Lane. My wife, grandson and I were driving northbound approaching a one lane closure
due to construction in the right lane. As we slowed down to pass the construction a Hispanic male
we thought may have been homeless wearing no shirt aggressively walked towards our vehicle
and with his fist hit the passenger side window breaking the glass and damaging the mirror case.
As my wife was pulling over to the side of the road to figure out what just happened, she sees the
male in the review mirror running towards our vehicle, at that time I dialed 911 and explained
what just occurred. The operator took my information and said she would dispatch an officer. We
drove away before the male could reach us; we waited several minutes and drove back north to
wait for an officer. We parked on the side of the road with our flashers on hoping the officer
would arrive soon. As we sat there, we witnessed the male acting aggressively towards other
vehicles and saw him kick and hit more cars. After a few more minutes we noticed him open the
door to a work truck parked in the construction site closed lane and put on a neon-colored work
vest, minutes later as he started to collect the orange cones off of the street, he saw us parked up
the road and started to run towards our vehicle yet again. I called 911 AGAIN! the operator
assured me there were 2 units on the way. We drove away as fast as we could through the
Randalls parking lot until we could no longer see him. We hid behind the bank on Brodie and
Slaughter hoping to see a police officer in the area and no one arrived. 50 minutes later we
decided to leave the area once we noticed he and his work truck were gone. I am a 4th generation
Austinite, I have lived in ATX all my 63 years on this earth. I have never been so terrified in my
own city. My grandson laid flat in the backseat thinking he would be shot that day! Honestly if he
were not in the vehicle with us things might have gone terribly worse. I am not one to scare easily.
With that said I am seriously thinking of buying and carrying a gun after this incident. I am
writing to ask WHY no officers showed up to help us and other motorist that called in about the
same guy. If you can listen to my recordings of the calls I placed you will clearly hear in my voice I
mortified I was. This guy needs to be taken off the street, if I knew the company he worked for, I
would call and get him fired or at least have him pay for my $1000 mirror! I am ashamed of our
Police Department after receiving so many calls from me and other callers about this crazed man

This morning she was stopped by an officer on her way to work at the capital. The officer stopped

The complainant is curious why APD would not do anything about vandalism and property

COMPLAINT AGAINST DETECTIVE MIN CHUNG
AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Date of Incident: September 26, 2024 [PC Affidavit/Arrest Warrant]
Detective: Detective Chung
Case Number: D-1-DC-24-302969
Complainant:
SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT:
Detective Chung committed aggravated perjury and/or gross negligence in obtaining a felony
arrest warrant by deliberately or recklessly misrepresenting the nature of a protective order,
intentionally fabricating restrictions that did not exist, while failing to disclose text that was
published on the temporary ex parte civil order, which makes it clear that criminal prosecution
was not legally available for the alleged violations.
His fabrication and misrepresentation of the TXPO was done for the clear purpose of misleading
the magistrate judge into signing a 3rd degree felony arrest warrant that is not a permitted
means of enforcing a temporary ex parte protective order, resulting in an egregious violation of
S due process and civil rights.

SPECIFIC VIOLATIONS:
1. AGGRAVATED PERJURY IN PC AFFIDAVIT (Texas Penal Code § 37.03)
Detective Chung committed aggravated perjury - a second-degree felony - by intentionally making
materially false statements under oath in an official proceeding (arrest warrant application):
- At the very beginning, he misrepresents the details of the case by stating that on July 27, 2024,
submitted a Forgery and Violation of Protective Order report to the Austin Police
Department. This is a clear fabrication, as there was no protective order in place, nor had one
been applied for by
on July 27. Forgery was one of those absurd, random claims that
never had any basis to discuss in the first place.
- During timeline breakdown, Det. Chung seems to have relied heavily, if not exclusively, upon
conclusory statements and fabrications, without doing any sort of due diligence or
requiring
to provide any evidence at all. The July 13 text message allegation is one that
had fraudulently manipulated the content of that text message, removing 70% of the
content to tell an entirely different story. For Det. Chung to include such a wild fabrication, he
should have required actual evidence and not just the spoken word of a desperate attorney
willing to say and do anything to keep from being disbarred. And if
did provide him with
the fraudulent version of the text message specifically, then that can and should be pursued
criminally as well.
- Det. Chung continued with the fabrications, claiming that
sent multiple threatening text
messages to
despite not one single actual threat of any kind being made to
ever.
would eventually testify in court that there were only threats he ever felt were
threats to his career, if I were to be a whistleblower and share disbarment-worthy evidence with
the state bar. Then followed with the false and irrelevant claim that when
didn't respond
to any of
messages,
harassed
sister by sending her text messages and
calling her over 50 times. Considering there was never a harassment charge filed, it is safe to
assume that this never happened, as there was evidence of perhaps 4 phone calls to the sister,
and that is purely because, as
would testify multiple times, his sister had initially
contacted
and left a voice mail, with her number, asking him to call her back.
would
not have known
sister was involved in this matter in any way, unless she contacted him
not for That is all that he did, nothing more.
09/29/2025 08:54 AM
- Detective Chung again was confusing regarding the protective orders, stating
applied
for a protective order on July 29, Travis County Court at Law 4 granted a temporary ex parte
protective order, even though it was signed by Judge Todd Wong, who is the judge at County Court
1, and not 4.

He seems not to be aware that
abuse of process, actually kept him from knowing that
there was an order from July 29 to August 21, 2024, and that
non-suited that application
and filed a new one 30 minutes later, despite no new contact.
- Detective Chung referenced the TXPO status in this response, but then claimed that: "The
Protection Order stated "The subject
(
is restrained from making any communication with
the protected person
-
including but not limited to, personal, written, or telephone
contact, or their employers, employees or fellow workers, or others with who, the communication
would be likely to cause annoyance or alarm the victim."
- This entire paragraph was completely fabricated by Detective Chung, as those words do not
appear anywhere on any protective order involving these participants.
- He then failed to reference the statutorily required text that does go on TXPO's, and was on
TXPO very clearly: "A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS ORDER MAY BE PUNISHED FOR
CONTEMPT OF COURT BY A FINE OF AS MUCH AS $500 OR BY CONFINEMENT IN JAIL FOR AS
LONG AS SIX MONTHS, OR BOTH." This text makes it clear that a felony level arrest was NOT one
of the enforcement options that should have been maliciously executed on
Failed to disclose that the alleged violations involved a Temporary Ex Parte Protective Order
(TXPO) issued under Article 7B
- Falsely claimed or implied criminal prosecution was available when Article 7B.006(a) explicitly
limits enforcement to civil contempt only
- Made false statements about the protective order's contents
- Swore to facts he knew or should have known were false, and neglected to do any due diligence
to better understand the situation instead of blindly believing
09/29/2025 08:54 AM
2. OFFICIAL OPPRESSION (Texas Penal Code § 39.03)
Detective Chung subjected me to an arrest he knew or should have known was unlawful, as TXPO
violations cannot be prosecuted criminally under Texas law.
3. ABUSE OF OFFICIAL CAPACITY (Texas Penal Code § 39.02)
Detective Chung intentionally violated laws relating to his office with intent to harm, using his
position to pursue charges without legal authority.
4. TAMPERING WITH GOVERNMENTAL RECORD (Texas Penal Code § 37.10)
Detective Chung made false entries in governmental records (PC affidavit and police report)
regarding the nature and enforceability of the protective order.

5. FAILURE TO CONDUCT PROPER INVESTIGATION
- Did not verify the type of protective order involved
- Failed to consult with prosecutors about whether criminal charges were legally permissible
- Did not investigate the complainant's (Jaime
credibility despite evidence of:
* Previous false statements
* Retaliatory motive (testified to fear of being exposed/disbarred, and desire to "teach
a
lesson")
* Fabricated/manipulated evidence (doctored text messages)
- Failed to review the actual protective order language before swearing to facts about it
6. APPARENT COORDINATION WITH COMPLAINANT / IMPROPER INFLUENCE
The investigation raises serious questions about improper influence and potential coordination:
- Detective showed unusual deference to complainant's narrative without verification
- Failed to maintain required objectivity and independence
- Ignored obvious red flags about complainant's credibility and motives
- Appeared to act as advocate for complainant rather than neutral investigator
- No apparent legitimate reason for detective to risk career pursuing invalid charges
- Pattern suggests possible improper relationship or influence
- Complainant's statement about "teaching a lesson" suggests expectation of police cooperation
- Travis County DA's office proceeded with prosecution despite clear lack of jurisdiction
- The coordination appears to extend beyond APD to include prosecutorial authorities
09/29/2025 08:54 AM
7. CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS
- Obtained arrest warrant without legal authority (no subject matter jurisdiction)

- Violated my Fourth Amendment rights through unlawful arrest
- Violated my Fourteenth Amendment due process rights
8. DECEPTIVE INVESTIGATION PRACTICES
- Attempted to conduct "ambush" interview of witness
without disclosing purpose
- Actively discouraged witness from obtaining legal representation
- Failed to follow proper witness interview protocols
- Used deceptive tactics to attempt to obtain statements
9. ABUSE OF PROCESS
- Used criminal process for matter limited to civil enforcement
- Participated in retaliatory prosecution
- Caused a highly public, humiliating wrongful felony arrest of 50 year-old man, father of 2 grown
daughters, Austin business owner, employer, philanthopist, and person with no criminal record to
speak of, to help
execute his abuse of process and malicious prosecution.
09/29/2025 08:55 AM
SPECIFIC EVIDENCE OF MISCONDUCT:
A. The Protective Order Issue:
- The alleged violations occurred August 23-29, 2024
- These dates were during the TXPO period (before the September 25 hearing)
- Texas law under Article 7B.006(a) explicitly states TXPO violations "may be punished by the
court through civil contempt proceedings"
- Section 7B.006(b) excludes TXPOs from criminal prosecution
- Detective either knew or should have known criminal charges were not legally available
B. The Fabricated Evidence:
- Complainant
provided doctored text messages
- Detective quoted these manipulated messages in his report

- Detective used these false messages as basis for probable cause
- No effort to verify authenticity or obtain metadata
C. The Retaliatory Motive:
-
previously testified in court about wanting to "teach
a lesson"
- This statement appears in official court transcripts from November [year]
- Detective failed to investigate this admitted retaliatory motive
09/29/2025 08:55 AM
DAMAGES CAUSED:
- Wrongful felony arrest
- 24-hour detention in El Paso jail
- Public humiliation and reputational damage
- Thousands in bond costs and legal fees
- Ongoing prosecution for legally invalid charges
- Emotional distress and disruption to life/business
REQUESTED ACTION:
1. Full investigation of Detective Chung's conduct
2. Immediate suspension pending investigation outcome
3. Referral to INDEPENDENT prosecutorial authority for criminal charges:
- Texas Attorney General's Public Integrity Unit
- FBI/DOJ Civil Rights Division
- Texas Rangers for investigation and referral to special prosecutor
- NOT Travis County DA due to their complicity in pursuing charges they knew or should have

4. Criminal charges to be investigated:
- Aggravated Perjury (2nd degree felony)
- Official Oppression
- Abuse of Official Capacity
- Tampering with Governmental Record
- Federal civil rights violations (18 U.S.C. § 241, 242)
5. Investigation of conspiracy/coordination between APD, complainant, and Travis County
Attorney's Office and Travis County DA
6. Review of Detective Chung's other cases for similar misconduct
7. Review of all cases involving complainant Jaime
8. Revised training on protective order types and enforcement mechanisms
9. Formal apology and acknowledgment of wrongdoing
10. Full disclosure of any prior complaints or discipline involving Detective Chung
This pattern evidence is crucial to show Detective Chung's conduct was intentional and malicious,
not merely negligent.

Is there anything we should know about this witness?:

accused by complainant
and subjected to suspiciously deceptive investigation tactics by
Detective Chung.
Specifically:
- Detective Chung contacted her, requesting an "interview" on clearly fabricated nonsense made
up by
in desperation to keep us from sharing evidence that would likely get him
disbarred as an attorney (aggravated perjury, unlawful practice of law for ignoring his 5
suspensions in 6 years as an attorney, and ordering her, as a paralegal consultant, to impersonate
him and take courses that counted toward his CLE credit requirements in order to re-instate his

And we all knew that
was making irresponsible, defamatory
accusations with no truth or evidence to speak of.
- She was told she was being investigated for forgery or something absurdly false, as it was

- She can testify to Detective Chung's pattern of:

that the complainant had been talking to. The complainant walked away into a field and heard
their friend screaming "f you, f your laws, f your demonic rule," and yelling at the officer that he

yelling, he would arrest and tase her. She started running and he shot the taser at her and tackled
her even though she was just 80 lbs. Then an ambulance came and took her.
The complainant is concerned that their friend was unlawfully arrested, and that the officer used

(hereafter referred to as Officer Bredja 7286 and Officer Travis 7257) who responded to my call
for assistance on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at approximately 9:00 AM.
Summary of Incident
On that morning, my elderly parents and I were harassed by a neighbor after our 9-month-old
puppy accidentally slipped out of the house. The neighbor aggressively pounded on our front
door three times at 8:30 AM, despite the presence of two doorbell cameras. When I answered, she
became confrontational, stepped inside past the doorway, and lunged toward me in a threatening
manner. I feared she intended to attack me.
Because of this behavior, I called APD for assistance. However, instead of addressing my concerns
about the neighbor's harassment, both officers dismissed my statements, treated me as the
"culprit," and demonstrated unprofessional bias.
Officer Misconduct
Dismissive and Derogatory Remarks:
When I explained that the neighbor woke me up by pounding on the door, Officer Bredja 7286
sarcastically responded, "Oh, so she woke you up from your beauty sleep?" Such language was
unprofessional, mocking, and dismissive of my legitimate complaint.
Threats and Bias:

Officer Bredja 7286 warned that if he had to return, he would issue a citation and impound our
dog. This was unwarranted since this was the first incident where I called the police for help
against this neighbor's harassment.
Our puppy is non-aggressive, trained as a dementia assistance dog for my 84-year-old mother,
and has not caused injury or property damage.
Unequal Treatment:
Officer Y told me that I was not allowed on the neighbor's property for one year and could be
arrested if I entered. I had never been on the neighbor's property - I was on the public sidewalk
escorting my mother home. This threat was unfounded and intimidating.
When I asked why similar restrictions were not placed on the neighbor - who had trespassed
onto our property and acted aggressively toward me - Officer Travis 7257 deflected and said it
was "up to my parents." I explained I hold power of attorney for my mother due to her
Alzheimer's/dementia and was speaking on her behalf, but the officer dismissed this.
Unnecessary Demand for Personal Information:
Officer Travis 7257 demanded my full name, date of birth, and phone number, without cause,
making me feel targeted. Given my Asian background, I could not help but feel this was an
attempt to profile me and search for reasons to criminalize me (such as hoping to find warrants
or immigration issues).
Context
The neighbor falsely claimed the dog "chases children daily." This is not true - our puppy is
friendly, playful, and has not gotten out in over two weeks due to precautions we have taken.
Other neighbors have confirmed the dog is friendly and have been supportive, in contrast to this
family's ongoing harassment.
The neighbor's husband has previously confronted my stepfather in an abusive manner.
Request for Review
The officers' behavior was biased, dismissive, and unprofessional. They appeared more interested
in intimidating me than in addressing the aggressive behavior of the neighbor who trespassed
onto our property.
I request that your office:
Review the officers' body camera footage from 9/14/25 at approximately 9:00 AM.

Review our doorbell camera footage, which clearly shows the neighbor's aggression and
trespassing. (To be provided since file is too large to email)
Investigate the officers' conduct for bias, misconduct, and possible profiling.
Provide a written response on findings and actions taken.
Closing
I called for assistance to protect my elderly parents from harassment, but instead, I was mocked,
threatened, and treated unfairly. I am requesting a full investigation into the handling of this
incident.
Sincerely,

I was waiting to turn westbound on Rosewood Ave from Lawson lane when squad car 9388 drove
past (traveling westbound on Rosewood.) The school zone was active on Rosewood as Kealing
Middle School had just let out. The officer driving the vehicle was talking on his cell phone
(physical phone against his face) in the school zone. When I turned left I was behind him and he
failed to completely stop at the stop sign at Rosewood and Angelina Street. I estimated that he
drove well above the school zone speed limit of 20 mph between Angelina and Navasota since he
had caught up to the car in front of him fairly quickly. When we reached the intersection with the
northbound frontage road of I-35, the officer did not engage his turning signal until mid-turn and
turned it off before completing the turn.
During this time there were no sirens or lights flashing, so I assume that the expectation was still
for him to observe traffic laws.
What I find most disturbing, is the blatant disregard for any children's safety in the area as both
Kealing Middle School and Blackshear Elementary are both only a block away and there were
children present on both sides of the street.

I saw a police cruiser westbound on Allendale just past Wynona intersection stopped and
speaking with someone on a white Suzuki motorcycle headed eastbound. Both were stopped and
there was a line of cars eastbound behind the cruiser. The cruiser pulled past the bike, and
reversed quickly into the broadside of the bike and rider, causing a loud crash and the motorcycle
was on the ground. I am unsure if the rider got off the motorcycle just before it was struck. The
cruiser put on its lights and drove away eastbound - I saw the officer was speaking into a radio
and there was another officer in the passenger seat.
Just in case this information is useful to anyone.

We were at the Austin airport we were denied to board a flight because my friend seamed to be
too intoxicated. He delta rep called over the police officer they arrived about 3 min after they
were called. I was standing near my friend as the officer Clinkscales #6151 approached. I was
listening to what was being discussed between them. Then I commented on what had happened
that's when the officer turned around and started to speak to me aggressively. Telling me I could
be next to him. I said I was here the whole time. He just continued to talk in an aggressive manner
not really trying to solve the situation instead escalate it. I told him no need to be aggressive I
know how this works. I have family in force I know protocol he said well I don't care don't tell me
to calm down. Speaking in a loud tone you want to see what happens when you don't listen to me.
I said you just aren't allowed to speak to people like that. Told me to step back I said where and
pointed to a spot. I said show me because I don't know where you're pointing. Still speaking in
aggressive manner I listened because I didn't want the situation to escalate.
That's when the other officer approached me didn't get his name or badge number. He came over
and approached the situation on how it should have been handled in a calm manner actually
listening to what's going on. And coming up with a solution to the problem. He's an officer that's
been trained properly to deal with situations like this not like officer Clinkscales. He talked to me
what was going to happen what we should do. Then we were escorted out the hospital in calm
manner.

She and her boyfriend got into an altercation outside of a bar on Red River. The fight became
physical between both of them. Then the boyfriend got in a fight with a bystander. The
complainant called the police at that point. The police separated them. The complainant had
blood and bruises on her, her boyfriend didn"t have any marks on him, but they officers kept
asking her why the boyfriend was missing his shirt. The officers ended up arresting her instead of
arresting her boyfriend. The officer told her she was being arrested because her story changed.
He told her she was being arrested for assault. The officer asked to look at pictures of her before
the assault to prove that her injuries happened due to her boyfriend. She is concerned she was
arrested when she was the one who called for help, she was the one beaten and bruised. She said
officer Cruz didn"t believe her and went against everything she was saying, he kept telling her she
could get in trouble for lying. Officer Cruz was her arresting officer. There was a female officer
last name Sandoval there as well. Officer Sandoval was empathetic with the complainant, so she
doesn"t understand why officer Cruz treated her like she was the one at fault.

She and her family were having dinner at her daughter"s house. Officer Gomez walked up in her
daughter"s yard to ask about stolen items that were being pinged to the address. The daughter
was sitting outside so the officer approached her daughter instead of also talking to the people in
the other side of the duplex. The officer left. Their interaction with officer Gomez was strange.
They continued sitting on their porch. They remembered something about a neighbor with the
Buick and saw the computer on the ground outside of the house. They called and then sent officer
Gomez back out to speak with them. The complainant felt like officer Gomez was pointing the
blame at them and being condescending. They got in a verbal argument. The complainant
believes they may be thinking that they are the same people who lived at that address before who
got a lot of calls, but they"ve only lived there for a couple months. When officer Gomez went to
get the computer from the ground, she made a comment that the computer wasn"t there before,
which the complainant didn"t appreciate.
The complainant has already spoken to Hernandez, Gomez"s supervisor, and she feels like she
was wrong too. The complainant isn"t happy with the way officer Gomez interacted with them

He filed a police report over a potentially life-threatening situation, he believes there has been
someone in his home while he is asleep. He has taken recordings at night and heard a voice that
was not his. When he filed the report, he chose the harassment option. He got bounced back and
forth between a couple of different departments. He was trying to figure out the process and find
out what kind of police response he should expect. His hope was that he might be able to get a
detective assigned to the case and have someone he can continuously submit evidence to. He
needs help figuring out who is stalking/harassing him. He understands these cases are difficult,
but he would like a detective assigned to the case and maybe set up surveillance. His main
complaint is that he has opened a report and hasn't received any follow up or communication.
While speaking with the complainant, he received a note saying they suspended the case. He has
recordings of someone in his home while he's been sleeping and would really appreciate a follow
up about his report. He doesn't understand why they wouldn't follow up with him or work with
him.

Executive Summary
I am filing a formal complaint regarding discriminatory conduct by Austin Police Department
officers during a traffic stop on [insert exact date]. I disclosed severe depression related to gender
dysphoria and extreme suicidality. Despite this, officers laughed, repeatedly misgendered me, and
dismissed my court order affirming my legal name and gender.
After passing the field sobriety test, I was subjected to further misgendering. Immediately
following one officer's remark about "three men being involved", I informed him that in the past,
when I had tried to transition but was ostracized, I had attempted suicide with a firearm. Even
after hearing this disclosure, the officer continued misgendering me.
This was not accidental but deliberate, systemic, and harmful. It worsened my mental health,
undermined my trust in police and healthcare, and created ongoing barriers to safety and
treatment.
I request a full investigation, written findings, corrective measures, mandatory training, and
policy enforcement to ensure DPS and APD recognize and honor valid court orders.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding intentional, demeaning, and discriminatory

1. Disclosure of Mental Health and Gender Dysphoria
From the outset, I disclosed that I experience severe depression connected to gender dysphoria
and that I was experiencing extreme suicidality. Instead of responding with compassion, officers
laughed, mocked my identity, and misgendered me repeatedly. Their conduct aggravated my
already vulnerable condition.
2. Specific Sequence of Misconduct
I asked them to use my pronouns (she/her/hers).
They laughed at my request.
An officer then approached and misgendered me again.
When I asserted my pronouns once more, I was reprimanded for doing so.
This sequence (request ? laughter ? misgendering ? reprimand) demonstrates intentional,
retaliatory conduct.
3. Field Sobriety, Misgendering, and Disclosure of Suicide Attempt
I passed the field sobriety test without issue. Afterward, one officer remarked, "There's three men
involved with this. He is going to be used."
At that point, I explained that in the past, when I attempted to transition but faced ostracization, I
had attempted suicide with a firearm. This was a deeply vulnerable disclosure, underscoring the
severity of the harm misgendering has caused me in my life. Despite this, the officer continued to
misgender me.
Later, when another officer offered to drive me home, I was misgendered once more as I exited
the vehicle, cementing the pattern of intentional disrespect.
4. Court Order Ignored
I explained that I have a court order signed by a district judge affirming my legal name and
gender. I had it accessible on my phone and offered to show it. The officers refused, dismissing it
with "that's up to the courts." They then continued misgendering me, in direct violation of that
order.

5. Systemic Harm in Healthcare & Treatment
This same refusal to respect my legal gender identity has caused repeated harm elsewhere:
Hospitals: Misgendering worsened my depression instead of improving my condition.
Joyous (depression treatment program): I was misgendered continually because DPS refuses to
update its records to reflect my legal name change. Since my primary diagnosis is gender
dysphoria, this practice directly exacerbated the very condition I sought treatment for.
Instead of recovery, these systems inflicted harm.
6. Constitutional & Systemic Implications
A district judge granted me legal recognition, yet the executive branch (via DPS) refuses to honor
it.
DPS demonstrates an inability to control its compulsion to misgender transgender people,
converting neutral governance into active discrimination.
When the executive branch nullifies judicial orders through bias-driven practice, it creates a
separation-of-powers failure. In such cases, the judiciary must intervene to restore lawful
balance.
7. Harm and Damages
The officers' actions caused emotional trauma, worsened my suicidality, destroyed trust in police
and medical systems, and inflicted direct harm on my healthcare outcomes. I am left feeling
unsafe, humiliated, and invalidated by those sworn to protect me.
