Review and analyze the policies and resources relating to the Water and Wastewater Utility of the City of Austin and advise the city council on policies and resources. Assist the city council in insuring the citizens of the City of Austin the provision of an adequate economical and potable supply of water and a stable, economical and environmentally safe system of wastewater disposal.
