On September 12, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: Since
I have filed numerous online police reports regarding
some threats that were made against me, my son and my ex husband's family. Twice I have
been rolled up on by two separate vehicles. One time on
at approximately 3-4
am in the
parking lot in front of the

in which I have a video. I make these online reports because I am in fear of
retaliation since my sons life has been threatened repeatedly. Also, in the past I have called
911 and the officers who arrive seem to be more concerned with my mental health. When
I email the APD victim services counselor
she also replies with
something about my mental health. I was a victim of sexual assault in
in which the
suspect began to stalk me.
it is a lifetime protective order for sexual
violence. I am having a hard time with APD believing this is happening because they claim
they cannot see the suspect. I believe he is working with other individuals. However, I also
emailed
and no one has responded. I ask them not because I believe my email is
compromised but this is still going on. I am a student at
I am terrified constantly and
I do suffer from PTSD. But mentally I am taking care of myself. If there is a barrier or
issue with this county wanting to honor this serious protective order for myself I am pissed
that they do not respect or honor it for my adult sons sake who is also listed on the
Protective Order. These ppl have threatened to stalk him and our whole family to ruin his
career and any personal information to blackmail and extort us, mainly his father. I have
asked repeatedly for a CRASH officer to be assigned. I want internal aff4airs to investigate
why this is not being taken serious. Thank you. All the reports should be there online. This
person in which the protective order is against has a sister in laws sister named
who works for APD and I was told she is holding up things for any of these reports
to be taken seriously.

determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
