NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
July 1, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0541
On June 27, 2022, the OPO received an emailed complaint.
The complainant alleges: Official Harassment Complaint, Intentional leaving out my Disabled
licensed plate information. Clear and intentional violation of Federal, State laws. ADA violation.
please review. complaint #2
My name is
, and I just received a Delinquent Warning Notice in the mail
.
I would like to please contest, this unlawful and illegal Ticket #
, Case #
that was supposedly issued on
at
PM at
?
First off, this is the first notice of any kind to me as to the existence of this unlawful, illegal ticket
violation. Which is in multiple, Violations of Federal, State, County and City of Austin ADA laws.
It is also a clear intent of harassment, discrimination and violation of my Civil Rights.
The Ticket #
, is intentionally missing the DISABLED, Handicapped portion on the
Legal document sent via US mail. All Federal, State, County and City of Austin laws protect
persons with Perinate Disability"s and Physical Handicaps from Harassment, Discrimination.
The Law"s also give People with Handicap"s and Disability"s, immunity to Tickets and Meter fees.
Due to no available Designated Handicap parking spaces being available.
I will be turning this complaint, into the Police Monitors Office for review for further harassment
by the Austin Police Department. This will make formal complaint #2 this year.
Your Officers need to learn the Laws before just filing incomplete false charges! They need to be
held accountable for their actions, with great authority comes greater responsibility.
I will send you a copy of the letter that I received today, Via U.S mail. With a copy of the Ticket
and also copies of my vehicles Disables, Handicapped licensed plate. So that you can clearly see
the very important ISA, identification emblem. That the so-called Officer intentionally failed to
include on the unlawful ticket.

Furthermore, I will also include the Federal, State, County and City of Austin Law"s. So that you
can educate the Officer to the Laws, and hopefully avoid false reports and intentional violations of
peoples Civil Rights.
The US Department of Justice, now can investigate the handicap parking at the
now for ADA Compliance. And hopefully require additional handicap parking
spaces at the City and Countys cost.
Please, advise me as soon as possible on this unlawful Tickets status?
So that I can take care of this as soon as possible.
I
will send additional emails with the Legal Proof and supporting Law"s.
I do understand that this is not your fault personally, please do not take my frustration directly.
I am just very displeased with the Officers Unlawful actions. Our home was destroyed by the
Tornado just a
ago and my left leg also refractured on
after several
surgeries and nerve damage.
I may take legal action against the Officer and the City of Austin.
Thank you for your time and attention
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
