the ticket he asked the other officer who issue me the ticket and when I asked that

officer why is he issuing me a ticket he said because my other officer said SO ,I asked have
trying seen me commuting any violation yourself as you are the one who has given me this
ticket he clearly stated 'No' ,shocking stuff going on unbelievable I said and then I left I
want to file and official complaint against both officers the first one did not identify himself
as my several requests since he knew he made that citation up for nothing he made the
other officer ticket me as used him as a scapegoat.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
