On April 7, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: I am emailing in regards to the two cases I currently have with the
Austin Police Department. My identity and intellectual property was stolen last year. I initially
filed the reports in
The persons involved in this matter also hired a hitman
when I made it known that I knew who was doing this to me.
I have provided more than enough evidence to investigate and convict the people involved.
Everything was scanned and emailed to both detectives. Along with the emails, I had been sending
FBI and IC3 tip reports, since most of the crimes committed against me are a federal offence.
Neither detectives have emailed me back or tried to contact me for an update. In fact I believe the
reason why they haven't has to do with race. As soon as I revealed that I am bi-racial, both
detectives stopped contacting me.

I called both 911 and 311 because the parties involved were parked across the
street from my apartment. I was basically told that I had to be attacked first before I could call to
have anyone picked up. The very next day on

Since neither detective has reached out I don't know if I am
still in danger or if the person next door was arrested in relation to my case.
I am still being stalked on and offline. I am also still receiving mail at both my home and business
PO BOX along with statements from financial institutions with accounts that are more than likely
under my name. 311 finally returned my call a week later.

he was going to alert the detectives and ask them to pass on any information, but I still haven't
been notified as to whether or not they have been.

has not emailed me or called me back since I was told to mail out notices
for harassment.
If I hadn't been SO vigilant and keeping up with my own case I probably would have been shot
dead in my apartment already. This is truly disappointing and heartbreaking. I am struggling
financially because of this and am not able to get a loan or any type of assistance because I froze
my credit with all 3 bureaus. If they are not willing to help, may I please have a pair of detectives

that are willing to do their job? Because of their negligence there's a big possibility that these
people are on the run.

This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
