The complainant alleges: Well officer badge number

when he gets to me he starts telling me and u cannot be here SO u need to start packing now
or I'm gonna throw all ur stuff away, SO I said ok but I can't do it that fast I'm by myself
and it's gonna take me a minute, he's like I don't care but u got to go from here and then I
said well where am I to go. That's when he threatens me with taking my dogs to he pound
if I don't leave like he said. So I said why r u gonna do that, that's just being mean. So I
took that as a threat and i feel like he is just harassing me cause it's not the first time he has
talked to me being rude. But when he said that he is gonna take my dogs in well that hurts
cause those r my dogs and they weren't doing nothing. And also threatening me with
throwing all my stuff. Now that's just wrong and being ugly. I'm homeless and everything
that have and own is all basic stuff that I need and bought, my stuff if not trash SO he thinks
it's ok to just throw everything and leave m with nothing out here than what am I supposed
to do. That's just being ugly and uncalled for. I would like for him to quit targeting me and
to quit talking to me rude and to hit threatening me especially with my dogs.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
