On January 17, 2023, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: One of my rent house get broken into and Vandalized at
I noticed there are about 30 gun shot bullet holes on
the Garage door, bullet holes on the walls, on interior doors, on the staircase area and on
the out side siding of
Also the front door, back door and door to balcony are
broken into, the three windows are pried broken. There are also a lot of punched holes on
the dry walls , on the interior doors. It is obvious that the house have got vandalized. I
called 311 on
and get a Service Request Confirmation -
However, Austin police never called me back. I followed up with 311 last
but the 311 customer service do not
,
understand why it take SO long. The 311 customer service give me this email and asked me
to file the report with you. Attached are some pictures of the bullet holes of the house and
other damages mentioned.
