NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
January 27, 2023
ICMS #: 2023-0062
On January 23, 2023, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: This happen about a
or to ago at the
downtown I
was waiting in my car outside for everyone to leave store SO I can safely go inside to buy
smokes I was wearing my mask gloves and have all my vax and boosters SO I am being
safe. This austin cop i didn't see his name but he look like normal white guy with beard
was talking with the clerk man and wouldn't leave for like a minute SO I can safely go
inside. When he walk out I call him out over him taking brake on duty to go potty and he
start to walk to my car I was scared. he wasn't wearing mask or gloves as MANDATED
by the cdc and he look like he wasn't vaxxed. he says excuse me I didn't hear what you
said even tho I know he hear me because cops have to pass ear test he didn't salute my
ukraine flag on my car neither which I know he is suppose to since my uncle was in army
and said if theyre in uniform they have to salute. its really disrespectful for austin cops not
to salute ukraine flag because if they don't they have to like putin and not zilyskinsi like
good people do. I roll my window up and cover my face and air vents because he walk
towards my car asking if I needed anything or wanted to talk and I scared that he was goin
to spread the corona to me. He just waves and gets back in his SUV. this is very rude
because he walked away when i checked him for not wearing mask or gloves and for taking
potty brake on duty which is against the laws. i read austin cop policy and i no it better than
most austin cops and i no they have to stand at a tention and listen when taxpayers call
them out over policy. I don't remember his name because I was SO scared and i drove home
and cried.
I only want austin cops to not take potty brake on duty because it wrong and dangerous to
not ware mask during covid what if someone need 911 and hes peeing. he can hold it im
social security disability but when i worked
i didn't get potty brake even when i had
covid and my dog die from covid thank you i don't need you to call me and i want to remain
anonymous bc i think austin cops may come give me covid in relation for this complained
i want that austin cop to read this every day before he work SO he can know how to do his
job right and serve his community the way that we want to be serviced since we are
