What does “Workforce Readiness Services” mean? Workforce readiness services aim to provide qualifying individuals with the skills needed to gain and maintain employment. Often, these long-term services are provided to individuals ages 16 and older. Typically, individuals entering workforce readiness programming have not obtained a high school diploma and/or are not fluent English speakers.

Note: Housing and homeless services are funded through separate funding categories and are not part of this funding scope.

Please take the survey by March 31 – we value your feedback!
