Approval of a bond resolution authorizing the issuance of $15,000,000 Mueller Local Government Corporation Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 (Bonds); establish parameters relating to the sale of the Bonds; and approval all related documents between the City of Austin and the Mueller Local Government Corporation.
Resolution No. 20090827-MLGC002 was approved on Board Member Cole's motion, Board Member Spelman's second on a 6-0 vote. Vice-Chair Martinez was off the dais.
